By bus: Tenerife has an efficient and cheap bus service that links the major resorts right across the island. From Los Cristianos you can hop on a bus and go exploring, with nearby attractions easily reached. Buses are modern and air conditioned, making them a great way to get around.
By taxi: There are plenty of taxis in the resort, with the main taxi ranks conveniently positioned right in the middle of the resort. Taxis are white and will have a green light on the roof when available. It’s best to book ahead if you want to make a longer journey, or you want to make sure you get to the airport on time to catch your flight.

Hop on a bus and head over to Santa Cruz, under an hour from Los Cristianos, where the February festivities bring in the locals for days of parades, costumes, and dancing. The fiesta finishes with the biggest parade of the week, and it’s a great way to chase the winter blues away!
