Tucked away on an avenue lined with palm trees, CheckIn Atlantida (xSolvasa) offers simple studio-style rooms in Los Cristianos on Tenerife's south coast. The hotel is within walking distance of the sandy Playa de Los Cristianos Beach. Renovated in 2017, the building has a stone coloured exterior, with a green, yellow and blue awning. Its lobby has floor-to-ceiling windows, bright white walls and contains leafy green plants. You'll find white cabanas and tall palm trees outside, along with a sun terrace overlooking the rocky hills. The hotel has three outdoor swimming pools for guests of all ages, one which is heated, plus a smaller kids' pool and another area for children in one of the main pools. You might like to take part in several sports at the hotel, including tennis, mini golf, basketball, table tennis and squash. You can dine alfresco or indoors at the buffet restaurant. During your stay at CheckIn Atlantida (xSolvasa), you can take a short stroll to the local shops, bars and restaurants. You could also explore Los Cristianos' two sandy beaches or walk along the seafront promenade to Playa de las AmÈricas. It's a short drive to the local water park, where you'll find slides, rapids and play areas.
Checkin Bungalows Atlantida is 200m from Bahia de Los Cristianos, and 1km from Avenida Los Playeros, where you'll find bars, cafÈs and restaurants. It's 800m from the sandy shores of Playa de Los Cristianos, which has shallow waters for paddling. If you fancy a night out, you'll be a short drive from Playa de las AmÈricas, with its karaoke bars, cabarets and nightclubs. Further afield, you can take a day trip to Mount Teide, which is the world's third highest volcano. You can ride a cable car to the summit, where you'll be able to see across the Teide National Park to neighbouring islands, including La Gomera. Many stairs and level differences in the hotel area.
The hotel's buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With lunch and dinner, you can have water, soft drinks and local beer and wine. There's a poolside bar and another bar inside the hotel, which serve a range of soft and alcoholic drinks.

The worst hotel I have ever been in (DO NOT STAY)
We stayed here in August 2022 family of 8 so we had 2 rooms. The rooms are very outdated and not clean. The bathroom was really smelly and the water would come up out of the shower drain. The worst part was the fact in was full of cockroaches the rooms was invested both rooms we had was so badly infested we could not sleep as they would keep us up all night making noise. Reported this every day and was told there was nothing they can do. I was 8 months pregnant on a 7 day trip with my partner and 6 children youngest was 1 yrs old. I cried everyday and just wanted to go home. The whole hotel is really badly infested with cockroaches as it was not just a few. Reception told me it’s because it is high season. (RUBBISH) I was and I still am very upset as I felt like I was mis led by the hotel. The front door would not shut properly and the fridge fell off lol it was a holiday from hell. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!!!!

This is the first review that I have ever written but I felt that must. The hotel was absolutely horrific, horrible and the worst that we have ever experienced. We have travelled all over Europe as a family and as a couple. Completely miss sold as there were ramps and steps everywhere,it was unbelievable . We had room180 and there were steps and ramps all the way up. The room itself was like going back in time to the seventies. Everything was dated I felt like crying. The bathroom stank of backed up waste, we had to get staff at the reseption to fix it three times over the ten days. We heard others complain about the same thing. The food was bland and boring so we gave up and started eating out. We had two dinners and three breakfasts in the restaurant and that was enough. I was having a lovely cold beer on the second night when the entertainment started ,a guy with a trumpet absolutely murdering an Elvis song and he was painstakingly terrible, never went back out in the hotel. I take no pleasure in writing this but this place is a dump.
Fab family holiday thanks to Lottie
Just got home from a 10 day family stay over new year. Went as an all inclusive package. Food was great, drinks and snacks were great. High light of our holiday was Lottie. Working within the entertainment sector of the accommodation, she welcomed us and our children warmly. The kids loved her and would never miss an opportunity to take part in any of the activities taking place with her. The kids club was a highlight to our children's holiday. Thank you for a great stay and can't wait to come back next year.
