For a stay with a view, why not opt for Gran Hotel Bali, the tallest hotel in Europe, boasting over 700 rooms spread across 52 floors. The spa (closed Sundays) may not suit those with a fear of heights, but everyone else can enjoy a birdseye view of the coast, as you relax in the indoor Jacuzzi®. Here you can also take advantage of the relaxation circuit, the beauty centre and the fitness area. Down below there’s semi-Olympic and lake-shaped pools, with a separate option for the kids to splash around in. And if that wasn’t enough there’s another Jacuzzi® outside.
During high season the hotel runs a full entertainment programme for both children and adults, including live music, dancing and DJ sets in the nightclub. The little ones have their own play area, while everyone can partake in a game of pool or table tennis. If you want to escape the warm Mediterranean sun for a quiet read, there’s a library.
The buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring show cooking. Between meal times you could enjoy a frothy coffee and a cake in the cafe, or a cool cocktail from the poolside bar.
Standard rooms are equipped with twin beds, a sofa, bath, safe and minibar. For when you want to breathe in the fresh sea air, you can make use of your own private balcony. Quadruples will suit the needs of many families, with either two double beds or three single beds. For that bit of extra space, why not consider upgrading to a suite? You can even upgrade to one with a private Jacuzzi®. There’s no need to worry about having lengthy queues for the lift, as there’s eighteen of them.
Benidorm’s sandy shores are less than 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. And as you’d expect there’s no shortage of bars, cafes and restaurants in the local area. There’s opportunities to partake in watersports, hiking and cycling. While for the real adventurous, paragliding is an option. For those who prefer to take it easy, there’s an extensive local bus network enabling you to get almost anywhere, without the risk of getting aching feet. Parking is available but there is a surcharge for this service.

Average but no way 4 star
Ok hotel. Reception looks good but really not a 4 star. Stayed on 26th floor amd long wait time for lift even in winter. Floors cold and cafe with live music so cold. Watching entertainment with a coat on not good. Stayed bed breakfast and breakfast was fine even though food cold. Had dinner 1 night for €15 per person was was average. Nothing labels so guess what your eating and again food cold. Thank god for the microwave. Would and will definitely come back to Benidorm as lovely place however would not come back to this hotel I’m sorry to say.
Horrendous
The past 2 years i have used Easyjet holidays a lot and have always been satisfied with price to expectations. I am currently in the hotel. Do not be fooled by the facade of the entrance. Positives. Room is dated but OK but balcony is tiny & enclosed in concrete as high. Staff are pleasant. The rest - Food - I will eat anything.. Food is terrible. Cold if you dont queue to get in early & cheapest fish you can get. No seafood. Meat is not nice. Not enough staff so no clean free tables makes the 'dining experience' a bun fight ! Dont be fooled by All inclusive..unless you drink pints. Wine is like vinegar, house spirits terrible, but you can pay another £13 per night per person for normal branded drinkable drinks which added to what you have already paid is no value unless you are a raging alchoholic.
Good location
We stayed here on a half board basis for a short break The hotel is very nice and very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable Staff are generally on the whole helpful . There are 2 restaurants to chose from and both have a wide variety of food in each, however everything was cold, luke warm at best which was really disappointing not one meal we had was hot. Breakfast was fine but again cold and the fruit juice was just coloured water absolutely no flavour whatsoever And that was everyday not just a one off, it was the whole 5 days we were there. But we did enjoy our stay nevertheless and would visit again in the hope of hot food at meal times !!
