In this well-furnished hotel guests can expect a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The air-conditioned, spacious rooms are wholly fitted with modern facilities and a balcony or terrace. During the day, guests may opt to relax at the 2 swimming pools, or on the sun terraces beside them, complete with complimentary loungers and parasols. Alternatively they may choose to make use of the hotel spa, which offers guests a range of massages and health and beauty treatments, as well as a hot tub and steam baths. Dirty, ugly hotel. The rooms look like never cleaned. Towels with some brown stuff on. 4 choices of meals. The same for lunch and dinner. EVERYDAY the same food. Not for European customers. No ice,warm drinks, beer from opened bottles, tastless. Always warm. Very often run out of beer. No air con in the restaurant, eating in 40° was a nightmare. Salads, butter, desserts not cooled, placed next to opened doors, always with sunlight on. My partner had bacterial infection for 4 days. Ended with a GP consultation and antibiotic. 99.9% of guests are Arabic people. Only 3 European families. Very, very upset and disappointed. Please avoid as it is Egypt and there is not many places to go and eat outside. We end up eating in English pub next to the hotel or Soho Square which you need to pay for a taxi to get there. 5th time in Egypt. The worst ever. Not even a 1* hotel. If you already booked this hotel try to change
Review of parotel aqua park hotel.
A great hotel with kindly stuff. Good animation team. Friendly and funny. Variety of food, snacks and drinks. Rooms are big and have everything you need, clean but not fully clean. Bad housekeeping service. 3 nights and the rooms have not been cleaned. But a total experience it's a good hotel.
Was a 4*, now a 2*, be very careful.
We had booked the Parrotel Aqua Park Resort at a 4*, prior to arrival and on arrival and on arrival we were aware this had been downgraded to a 2*. On arrival we found the resort to be dirty, foul smelling, dark, unhygienic, unsafe, with no other British customers. The room we were allocated was apparently an upgrade, and again dark, dirty, and very unhygienic. The smell actually made us feel sick and wanting to move. We discovered that Easyjet, On the Beach, and Hays Travel had cancelled all UK bookings to this hotel, they had also moved any remaining customers from this hotel due to these issues and the downgrade. But yet Love Holidays still allowed customers to go this disgusting hotel, and still allow for booking currently. We booked and paid for a 4* hotel, this was a 2*, which now did not support British customers, and all other operators had removed their customers from this hotel, 1 British family in the hotel, which was us. No support and left stranded in this disgusting hotel. We had to make our own arrangements to move out of this hotel after the manager agreed we were the only British family at the resort, all other operators had removed their customers, and we had to physically move our self to another resort with no transport, help with luggage etc in 40degree heat.
