Booked with TUI but flew with Easy Jet from Liverpool John Lennon airport, check in very quick from Liverpool opened on time considering first flight of the day.Nothing really open as very early just a bar and somewhere for breakfast. flight on time arrived at Palma Majorca, process quite quick through pass port control etc, then Covid travel pass scanned straight through. TUI service isn't good though left on the bus for around 30 mins before someone came to tell us we were waiting for other flights to come in before travelling on to the hotel. so the so called 30 mins transfer from airport was more the 1 hour 30 mins, no rep on coach transfer driver dumped us away from hotel saying just up there...really helpful!!! No rep at hotel at all no notices around the hotel from TUI everything was done through the App but don't expect a reply if its not within the working day no chance at weekends. No info on return flights etc unless you message the App and wait forever for a reply. Hotel quite basic ,rooms lovely and clean nice shower facilities, they provide a fridge but not stocked, air con is a bit of a joke ended up keeping balcony doors open it was like a sweat box. only stayed for a week so cleaning wasn't really bothered with sheets not changed and not seen a brush all week just fresh towels. Just one place to eat so quite boring and repetitive, nice and light area not a comfy chair in sight through the hotel, not a cushion in sight. I feel this hotel is really basic and there just as a stop point for young people heading into Magaluf square not really for families. Pool was freezing far to cold to use, open 10am-6pm looks lovely but you couldn't stay in more then 2 mins. There is a pool bar but just serves drinks and ice cream if you ask for it nothing is advertised. sunbeds provided again no cushion you can hire towels for 10 euros we bought are own for less, if you want to use the safe in the room that's 3 euros a day. Would I go back?, not a chance, I was bored so glad it was only a week stay, it was a nice break but if the weather wasn't so nice there would literally be nothing to do at this hotel. Beach was lovely just a short walk into Magaluf with a lovely beach front to wander around but that's about it really No masks needed anywhere either in the hotel or out and about the only place we had to wear them was on the flight. We had a couple of meals out after getting sick of the same choices which was lovely in the square ,drinks are around 8 euros each so not a cheap night out by any means but it was lovely. No problems in the hotel for the drinks rules in the eating area there was beer and wine on tap also soft drinks and water, no limits on any drinks whether at the restaurant or at the bar. stayed 7-14 May 2022 ideal time if you want a break for a peaceful time until you hit the weekend then all the stag and hen parties arrived! overall a nice break but glad its not my only break this year fingers crossed! TUI useless giving information for return flights everything is through the App so don't hold your breath for a quick reply On return we were told to be at the bus stop 15 mins before pick up time which was 6.50 am so we arrived at 6.30am giving plenty of time. We were still waiting at 7.20, contacted them on the App as no others means of contact with no reply until we were home and there advice was if it doesn't arrived in 10 minutes get a taxi and receipt!! Really turned me off using TUI in the future luckily our flight was delayed and the transfer coach turned up at 7.30 otherwise I don't think we would have made our flight. Queues were ok on the way home moved quite quickly staff helpful at the airport.

After a 7 night stay in April, during the Easter holidays. We are now having to de bed bug our house!!! We arrived Good Friday, after 3 nights on listening to the neighbours scream at each other ( not the hotels fault), my 9 year old son was very poorly. He was sick from the Sunday until the Wednesday. My 6 year old was then 6 the Wednesday tea time until we landed back home the Friday. During our stay I noticed, lots of small bits on the sofa bed. I kept shaking them off, thinking it was dirt off my children's feet. It wasn't until I noticed one looked like it had legs that I realised it was infact bed bug exoskeleton. I went straight to reception and reported it. Some one came to our room and sprayed the matress and re changed everything. The next day, we found more. We are now home and gutted to find one of our children are covered in bites. ( with the best will in the world, including a quarantined suitcase and stripping off at the door , we haven't escaped them). The staff at the hotel were lovely. The entertainment staff that we did experience for the nights my children weren't sick, were lovely. But , I just wanted to warn people. Jet2, haven't really helped. I can include pictures if need be, of the bed bugs and the bite marks all over my son. If you go, please be mindful and look for the bedbug shells on your sheets.

Family fun

We visited april/may. Let's start with the positive notes. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day, with fresh towels. The beds are just fine and the showers are really nice. We had a small balcony with a lovely view. The kids animation is in one word: perfection. You can sign in the kids every day and leave your phone number in case of emergency. The animation crew is so sweet and enthusiastic. They speak multiple languages and my daughter (9) loved to go every day. For adults, there are multiple sports activities every day. The all inclusive menu varies and is good enough if you don't expect anything too fancy. We enjoyed it. The pools are nice and offer a fun playing field for the kids. There are taxis, lots of shops and a beautiful beach nearby. A few tips: The kitchen seemed to have trouble in keeping the food warm. Try and visit the restaurant as soon as it opens and it's not a problem. The pool isn't heated so it was very cold in may. Bring a swimming or surfing suit so you can still enjoy the pool! Be aware, it's a kids-friendly hotel, so it can get a little loud sometimes in the restaurant. We's visit again, the kids and ourselves enjoyed it a lot.
