What’s the weather like in Amsterdam in February?
The weather improves slightly in February from last month, but it’s barely noticeable. Temperatures are still very low and you need to pack plenty of warm clothes for your visit.

Amsterdam weather in February is very cold and easterly winds bring temperatures down even more. Cloudy and damp days are more common at this time of year, but you’ll still enjoy regular sunny intervals and drier days towards the end of the month. The climate is influenced by the city’s proximity to the North Sea to the west, which carries strong western winds that seem colder at night.
