Vile staff, horrible attitudes, thieves and liars

Absolute shambles of a place from start to finish!! So where do I start? Arrived Monday 3rd October about 11.30pm. My grandson and his pal (17 & 18) were warned twice about being loud at night the first 2 nights we were there, fair enough they shouldn't have been as noisy as they were! Wednesday 5th October, voys were downstairs having breakfast in the restaurant and had been served their second alcoholic drink by 8 34am!! *there is a point to this time!! A couple of hours later,genghis *bar manager, came to me at the pool area screaming about a broken plastic chair, that had been thrown off the balcony,proceeded to take my grandson upstairs and after checking there was no other damage, charged him £50 (yes £50) for a crappy £5 plastic chair!!! This was paid to genghis straight away!! About 2pm the boys came back, intoxicated and got more drink at the bar and were a bit rowdy round the pool and there was some swearing and shouting between them, bar guy then Brought 6 jaeger bombs down to them which added further fuel to the fire!! 1 hour later they were evicted from the hotel,*( fair enough)to the very loud shouting and swearing fk off and get to fk from ta very large group of "adults "while the manager and staff didn't bat an eyelid about this behaviour. One rule for one, and another rule for others. Thursday 6th October one of the VERY vocal men from the day before was jumping around the pool with a flesh coloured suit on, with a big willy hanging down the front, shaking it about at everyone, including children at the pool, but apparently this behaviour is entirely acceptable because he is not a young boy, well I can assure you it is not acceptable, my other grandchildren aged 10 and 13 witnessed this disgusting behaviour and so did lot of other children!! Over the course of the next week we had to phone reception to complain about noise from the bar at 2 40am ( I have video evidence) and banging and shouting from guests upstairs, nothing was done about this!! Staff ignored my other grandchildren and gave them dirty looks for the remainder of their stay, genghis being the worst for this!! I approached the manager along with my rep to discuss the £50 charge for the broken chair, only to be told that there were 2 broken chairs and broken cups, glasses and plates !! No mention of this previously from genghis, and called me a liar when I said £50 had been paid already, that was until I told him to go and get genghis, he then came back and said yes genghis had been paid £50 on Wed 5th October!! No apology for calling me a liar. I asked for refund on WiFi box that the boys got on Tuesday 4th October , only to be told they got it on 3rd and used it till the 6th which is impossible as they were evicted on 5th, proof is with the rep that they opened a case on the 5th when boys were put out!! When I said to the manager about the bar staff serving them drink at breakfast and then when they were already clearly drunk he said I was responsible for them, eh no mate, I didn't serve them the drink at 8 30 on the morning!! Anyway on to our last night and we came back to hotel after a lovely night out to be confronted by a man running about with a knife threatening a woman and her 15 year old son, police were called, yet nothing was done!! We then found out that the same guy had done this the previous night to another couple!! My grandchildren were absolutely petrified to go up to the room, yet he was allowed to go back to bed like nothing had happened. Complaint made to rep on Monday 17th October, last day, only fir staff to deny anything had happened, absolutely disgusting, and the owner is the worst one out of the lot of them!!! She's just interested in who spends what and stated to me that the boys didn't spend a lot of money at her bat! Well I think 30 quid a round says that they did!! She wouldn't provide me with receipts for their bills or proof of the so called damage!! She returned £14.50 for the WiFi box minus the 3 imaginary days that it was used I paid fir 2 rooms and lost 5 days of one of them when my grandson was evicted , no refund given for that either. All in all the place is only interested in what you spend, they are liars and thieves that preyed on 2 young and stupid boys, made my other grandchildren feel like they shouldn't be there, double charged for drinks at the bar, not only us, stole money without evidence of damages from a young boy, and when it came to the last day everyone was all smiles and talking and the cleaner chasing us about the hotel looking fir tips!! Well the only tips I'll be giving is to stear clear of this place if you want yo actually enjoy your holiday and if you don't like young people, go to an adult only hotel

Fantastic hotel all staff very friendly nice pool and food plenty of sunbeds lovely location plenty of bars around every day we got a good morning reception staff very helpful definitely be back keep up the good work all of you from us in room 510

From the moment we got out the taxi they were making sly regards to a person in my family and were saying “chickens” we then got put up in a attic room which looked onto the chicken both me and my boyfriend and my nana and grandad who have disabilities, the next day we sat around the pool and got some dinner the staff were rude so we didn’t feel comfortable sitting there so we left, a few nights later we all were about to get in the lift, a man who sat on reception told me and my boyfriend to get out as there was apparently to much weight in the lift as my grandad is a big man which I found very disgusting and there was no need as we had been in the lift many times before the lift also got stuck on floors and stopped working. my nana and grandad window did not open which resulted my nana had to sleep on the couch with the door open due to her not being able to breathe. We did complain but they were not interested and had no intention of moving my nana and grandad. The only staff in the hotel which were lovely were the cleaners and they helped wherever they could left our room lovely everyday, we will not be staying here again it was appalling and your left feeling very unwelcome
