This welcoming hotel affords a charming location, surrounded by mountains in the beach resort of Oludeniz on Turkey's Mediterranean Coast, 12 km from the market town of Fethiye. A wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues are all located closeby and the beach is a short stroll, just 600m away, while the beautiful lagoon is just over a kilometre. The hotel has a modern style and the rooms are bright and tastefully decorated. The well-maintained grounds offer places to relax and lie by the pool or in the shade while the chic poolside bar is a popular venue for an aperitif or after dinner drink.

Cheap and cheerful with no negatives. If you’re the sort of person that would like a hotel where you don’t spend much time in the room, and you like either lounging by the pool, turning on a beach, or going on excursions, then this is the perfect place for you! You get what you pay for and everything is clean and functional! It’s located at the top of the main strip, so you have all of the options for dinners close by. I went bed and breakfast and I would say the breakfast options were a bit strange/limiting (For example, chicken, nuggets, tomatoes, and chips for breakfast) the buffet has much selection that should cater for every needs. also on Thursdays and Sundays you get free pancakes which was deafly breakfast highlight. The ice cream they bring round at 3 pm is also delicious and the pool area was clean and litter free

3 rooms in and still the air conditioning is not working

Well we attended and paid for the deluxe room booked through sun master holidays. The room we were given and has to stay in for 2 days was less than basic never mind deluxe!! (Photos attached) We were put into a much better room more akin to what we paid for but the air conditioning wasn’t functioning and 2 days in 40 degrees it still wasn’t fixed. Came back to the hotel about 1am and no electric in the room. We were told to stay in another room at 4am by the time the “technical” man had played around with it leaving our suitcases in the non working room and sleep in another part of the hotel but needed to vacate the new room by 12. We decided as it was 4am to live with no electric and no air con and the next morning we were told we would have to move rooms. Hooray a working room with working air con. Unfortunately it would appear there’s the same old same old and today 40 plus degrees no air con. Reported it and told “technical” man would fix. A day in the sun return to room for a bit relief from the sun to find, no air con!!!! Another trip to the front desk and again a visit from the “technical” man along with the front of house staff member. A little play around with it, a google translate conversation and I’m told it can’t be fixed today and “hopefully” tomorrow at latest someone will come and fix it. To the manager:- I think I have been more than patient and have done exactly as you asked. I have moved rooms when I’ve been asked and wasted considerable time of what’s meant to be a relaxing holiday packing suitcases and moving them from room to room. I’m not asking much. All I want is working air conditioning and surely in this heat that isn’t an unreasonable request?! So tonight I’ll go without sleep in a stifling room and “hopefully” it’ll be sorted in the morning. 4 more days left are we going for room number 4 or are we actually going to sort it? This review is being put on in the hope that the management actually sit up and take notice as all I think is they think brits are complainers. My only complaint has been no electric and no air conditioning, I think I’ve been very patient and having had days of my holiday ruined it’s probably lucky I am a patient person and don’t throw teddy bears out the pram etc. in essence folks, maybe think twice if you want a drama free holiday. Things like this are easily remedied but it seems it’s beyond the staff to fix anything after the manager has clocked out for the day so you’re left to sit in a sweltering hot box awaiting him returning to work to make some sort of decision. Make sure you have google translate handy as well as very few staff speak English. Not an issue unless of course you need to explain no air conditioning and no electric and too hot and not acceptable in English to a Turkish non English speaker. I’m saddened to be putting a negative review on as it is a nice enough hotel with good pool and it’s clean. The only things you want on your holiday really, somewhere clean to lay your head, hot water and cold air conditioning. Sadly it’s not to be on this occasion for me so I’ll not be back. Here’s hoping the manager sees this prior to my departure so we can discuss the issues and not have it trivialised as it has been on the previous 2 occasions.

we arrived here in September for a weeks holiday. Overall a very good stay. Rooms were clean very good location just up from the strip but far enough not to hear any noise. Food was good although could do with a better choice for breakfast (better hot food) Meals that were served were lovely. Charged to the room and can be paid for whenever you feel. Hotel advertised wifi and was available in reception and near the pool and bar however depending what room you were allocated dictated whether or not you had it available in your room.George and his staff are brilliant. They do wander around the pool daily serving ice cream which is brilliant, Pool was always clean and never a leaf out of place. Would I stay again? Absolutely with no hesitation. We'll be back next year. Thank you.
