Lovely family holidays

Went as a family of 5 in August. Enjoyable stay, kids absolutely loved the activities and water slides. Animation staff was just great, keeping our 11 yrs old occupied throughout the day and the younger ones had a fun at the kids club too. Large swimming pool with section for water slides and for the little ones, never had problem to find sun beds. There was also a shuttle bus to take you by the beach (it didn’t look nothing like a beach) and another swimming pool with slides and restaurant. Staff was lovely, kind and professional. Food was great, lots of varieties and good choices to vegetarians. Nice restaurant with section outside but quite overcrowded in the evening. There wasn’t much to do in the evening, apart from staying in the hotel. Around the hotel are only roads and houses. We went to Akbuk for an evening walk which was ok and to Didim, which is very lively but everyone is trying to get you to buy things from them. Overall nice relaxing holiday as a family.

Bad check-in experience!

We booked here for our late summer holiday and it was our first time. Ms.Esen made our check-in. She is not really welcoming person, she is more than snob, trying to figure out everything up to her. Her calls to the receptionists even were very impolite. She gave us a room facing the garden cafe and parking lot. Since we made our room booking as sea view, when I kindly asked her that I booked a sea view room but she gave us the first floor, she was very normal to say it is a sea view room. I am also a senior hotelier, front desk manager. Her behaviors not really meaning that she is a duty manager. When I asked for the duty manager, she said that she was the duty manager which means no solution, no understanding. As my opinion, She is like more than a new beginner receptionist. During our stay, she had never visited us to give an excuse due to check-in. I understand that they might be really busy and exhausted but it doesn’t mean that it is not going to leave on the other day. I am sorry for her. Other than her, everything was okay, food is nice, reasonable stay. Other than front desk every other employees were very friendly and kind!

Better than we thought!

It was so much better than we first thought. Please note: We are very fussy and first time all inclusivers! One week get away holiday. The service; was excellent from start to finish The food; was delicious and catered for everyone, so much choice with every meal. The drinks; local alcohol, spot on! The room; a great size and clean. The pool; it was a super size and was great fun The beach; gorgeous, the water is so clear! The beach facilities; very good, good food, bar and lovely ice cream. The beach pool; great fun and great for lane swimming! The evening entertainment; loud but fun to watch from the balcony! The a la carte evening near the beach; we weren't that impressed, as the main restaurant is so much better. The beach transfer; a giggle and regular. The bus to Didum is long but worth it (we did it three times, shopping, boat trip and more shopping) Try the evening market, its huge! Lots of bargains. Room fridge bar, is great for your bottles of water. Only drink bottled water! It's a trek to the beach and small town, so use the bus. Watch out for the wild boar if you are out at night, they are massive! Go to Block A and go up the escalator, up the stairs and onto the roof for amazing views of Akbuk, mountains and the sea. Boat trip in Didum... 'Siesta' boat trip is the quiet one with fantastic, friendly service. If you want an Ibiza rave... try the pirate ones. We loved this hotel and would highly recommend and we would definitely return! Watch out for the early sunbed towel people! They leave them there for hours... but there are plenty of sunbeds, so don't worry, there is always a place to lie down and people watch. Or go down the beach, it's so peaceful and lovely. Enjoy... you will!
