Grand Pasa Hotel

Grand Pasa Hotel is a luxury hotel on the Turkish Aegean Sea. It's within walking distance of Marmaris beach and a short drive from the centre of the resort of Marmaris, which has a yacht-lined harbour, an ancient castle and a historic old town. Built in 2007, the hotel has a stone-coloured exterior, with glass balconies and a paved sun terrace overlooking the pool. The lobby is within a light-filled atrium, with an assortment of tables, sofas and chairs. Bedrooms have earthy tones, wooden furniture and a patio door leading out to a balcony or terrace. You'll find a shop, currency exchange and laundry service onsite. The hotel has an outdoor pool area that includes a shallower pool for children and three water slides. There are poolside games and activities to enjoy here. Children can attend the kids' club or spend time in Grand Pasa Hotel's playground and playroom. For some downtime, you can book a treatment at the spa, which is also home to a sauna and Turkish bath. There's a buffet restaurant, and you can spend your evenings enjoying the hotel's entertainment or venture into Marmaris, where you'll find a range of restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Grand Pasa is 1.2km from the nearest supermarket and 3km from the centre of Marmaris, where you can explore the stalls within the Grand Bazaar. If you fancy a day at the beach, you can walk 550m to Marmaris beach or venture 5km to Icmeler beach with its views of the distant mountains. You could also visit Icmeler's weekly market, which is known for local specialities including spices like saffron and hand-painted ceramics. Further afield, you can get the ferry from Marmaris to UNESCO-protected Rhodes town in Greece where you can wander through the maze of narrow alleys and cobbled streets.

You can dine al fresco or indoors at the buffet restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel has an a la carte restaurant that opens at least twice a week, with seafood, grilled and Chinese cuisine. The snack bar serves pizza, salads, burgers and afternoon tea, plus drinks.

You can play water polo or keep fit at the gym. After dark, you can sing at the karaoke, watch a show or dance.

Grand Pasa's rooms come with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a safe and a minibar. Cots can be supplied for younger guests.

Grand Pasa - WOW

Jun 2022 | JodieBotterill

Myself, my friend and my parents stayed here for 8 nights 8th June to the 16th and we were not disappointed!! From the cleanliness of the hotel to the staff kindness, nothing was too much trouble. The food in this hotel is the best I’ve ever experienced with an all inclusive package, there is plenty for everyone and the variety of foods is excellent. I genuinely don’t understand how anyone can complain about this hotel. The staff work tirelessly every single day - huge shoutout to the entertainment team you guys are a credit to this hotel! (Cindy, Ahmet, Asya, Eddie). You made our holiday so memorable. For those that want to discover Marmaris nightlife, there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to bar street at 10:30pm which I found was a great opportunity to meet different people! Cleanliness of the hotel is definitely that of 5 stars, pools are spotless (Charlie you are amazing) and there is always sun loungers available, rooms are slightly dated but spotlessly clean and spacious. Entertainment on a nighttime was slightly poor at the start of the holiday however, after a few English guests had complained, the entertainment team soon rectified the situation and started bringing in professional acts which were amazing! On day 2 of our holiday we had a Turkish bath and I was not disappointed! Staff were so professional and the free sauna and steam room were definitely a plus! In conclusion, I cannot fault this hotel. We paid just short of 600pp and it was worth every penny! Easily the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Marmaris. Please do not be put off by bad reviews! Grand Pasa we loved every second and will be back ❤️

Great all inclusive hotel, not many facilities but it was still a pleasant stay.

Me, my husband and toddler stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel lobby looks a little dated and dark but it is clean. Checking in was really simple and efficient which was great as we arrived early hours in the morning. Our room was spacious and clean. Decor is very simple but the main thing was that the bed was comfortable! We had a decent sized balcony looking out to the front of the hotel. (Noise from the hotel opposite was a slight problem whilst the little one was having a nap but the AC drowned out their entertainment music) Housekeeping maids were lovely! Did a great job around all ours and the baby’s mess. Very friendly too. Bathrooms were clean, shower screens were a bit grubby but it wasn’t too bad. Shower pressure was AMAZING! Shower gel, shampoo, soap, shower caps, cotton buds and pads were provided. There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom. (Remember to take your own moisturiser and conditioner, I forgot to pack some and my hair felt awfully brittle) ***irons are not provided in the rooms*** they promote their laundry service which you have to pay for your clothes to be ironed - or you can rent an iron from the shop downstairs on -1. It’s probably better to take your own though. Pool was great. Main pool was quite deep, the slide pool was a great size. There was also a baby pool which was a good size too. So many people have complained about the entertainment - a few staff members would come and dance to the same few songs during the day around the pool, nothing extravagant but it gave good vibes with the loud music. Nothing great but resort entertainment isn’t really that great anyway! There’s a kids club that offers face painting and a little play area with a climbing frame (this area needs so attention, maybe tarmac flooring or some sort of baby-safe floor) there were patches of grass and rubble and parts of the frame were broken. But my toddler still had fun on the swing and the slide. Pool restaurant had good food options, pide/pizzas, chicken doner, rice, some meat option, chicken nuggets, onion rings and fries. I didn’t expect much from the all inclusive food but it actually had good taste to it. Food inside the restaurants was good. Some repeated dishes but they had plenty of new options each day. Cold juices and hot drinks machines available inside and outside. The hotel spa hamam was around £75? You can take a 10/15 minute walk to the beachfront and book one from the vendors there for about £15! Summary: Apart from the above, all in all great hotel for what we paid. Food exceeded our expectations as we didn’t really expect the food to taste like anything. Hotel is around 10 minute taxi ride (60lira approx) from the grand bazaar. 1.5 hours from Dalaman airport (Sunny Temel on Facebook for airport transfers - great guy).

Our first holiday in Turkey. Wasn't too good

Food was same everyday. Breakfast, snack bar, lunch only dinner had few dishes new then last night. Waiters wasnt friendly, on all them area was missing napikins and nobody get watter everybody need just asking for that to have it one time one waiters just say to us to sit somewhere else because he allready finish his area only one waiter was really nice and friendly always was his area near coffee and drinks station. Rooms was ok, looks clean but floor was really dirty pool nice but have 1,50m for adults Im too small for that im wants happy about kids club for kids and playground , the playground need to be refresh and clean also take out too much blush everywhere. About animators on day time everyday same quite boring. Animators for kids not really they just dance little but everyday same , later only 45min was evening show with all animators. First days was ok but quite boring and not very Interested. Only good was turkish night but 30min only . And also I see first time lift like here if youre on floor 1 and wanna go on 5 . Sometimes going on -1 to take people later on 3 floor just stop nobody waiting. That's was quite strange My opinion 2,5/5
