Do not listen to any negatives at this hotel, we have just had a week and it was our first stay. From the very beginning when the check in staff couldn't have been more helpful to the end when Thomas Cook took our suitcases at reception and we didn't see them again until we for to Birmingham. The hotel is amazing with something for everyone. The pools are exceptional and the heated pool is going to be a hard act to follow. The food was fabulous with lots to choose from, the service at the table for drinks made you feel like you where really dining out. The rooms where brilliant and the maids where so pleasant and did a really good job every day with fresh sheets 3 times in the week. The entertainment was good with something to suit everyone. The whole place was very upmarket with no loud annoying guests who spoil most all inclusive hotels. The entertainment team where really good and where very enthusiastic and wanted people to have a good time but where not pushy in any way. This hotel is deffinately very impressive and we will deffinately go back. Well done to everyone .

Just returned from one week, first timers to this hotel. Well what can I say apart from absolutely fabulous. We had one issue when we got there concerning our room but they sorted it straight away. The hotel was lovely, the food outstanding and all drinks were readily available. The only problem for my husband was that he likes to go for a walk during the day but as the hotel is very isolated he was not able to do that. We met some lovely people and the hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very very clean. Never put your towels out before 8 in the morning as they do remove them and you will not get the sun beds that you wanted. We will be definitely be booking for next year, when the price drops????

This is a wonderful resort hotel. It is like a little village. All rooms are basic but really clean. The hotel and outside area is so clean with beautiful gardens and lovely colourful flowers. Food is fantastic. Wonderful variety, im a very plain eater but there was lots that i could eat. The ambiance is to die for. Fantastic staff. Great intertainment outside on the terrace and on stage in the square. The only negative point is for the disabled, this is a hilly complex and difficult for wheel chairs and people with poor mobility. We have been here three times the last being on 16th June 2017 for a week but will be returning in October 2017 and again with Thomas Cook. Internet not 100% and you have to pay.

We have just returned from a week in Bahia Principe Adeje, We were allocated a twin room with sea view, on arriving at said room it seemed quite cool and dull, opening the balcony door we were overlooking the riverbed and road, to look out to sea we had to stand by the edge of the balcony and look to the left, which i would call a side sea view, as it was late we went to dinner and then went back to our room to catch up on our sleep only to find that since last year a Hard Rock Caf'e Multi hotel had opened up over the road with loud music and laser light shows going on till at least 2 O'clock in the morning. Next morning we complained about the room and asked for a different room or upgrade to a junior suite but were told there were none available as the hotel was fully booked but walking round the pools i have never seen so many sunbeds with no one on them or towels reserving them and this is my 6th time at this hotel, we were eventually allocated a room overlooking the pool which had the morning sun which was lovely only to be bitten to death by mosquito's which must have been sheltering in a palm tree right out side. That aside when we came to leave the bus picking us up broke down on the way to us making us late at the airport and massive queue's to check in and security leaving only time to get to the boarding gate finding there were Three gates in one corner of which two were queu'eing together with queue's right back up. Not very well organised Thomas Cook,After saying all that will i be returning almost defineatly yes
