Laguna Park I is in San Eugenio, an area in the centre of Playa de las Americas. This resort town is on the south west coast of Tenerife, the biggest of Spain's Canary Islands. As it's such a favourite with tourists, you'll never be far from bars and restaurants serving international dishes. Laguna Park I is an All Inclusive hotel that's within walking distance of Playa de Fanabe Beach in the Costa Adeje province. This sandy stretch of shoreline is a family-friendly spot that's generally safe for swimming and has been awarded Blue Flag status for its cleanliness. If you'd rather stay closer to the comforts of the hotel, the resort has a pool with a sun terrace for afternoons spent lounging in the sunshine. There's also a children's pool for younger guests to splash about in. If you fancy something refreshing during your afternoon of sunbathing and swimming, you don't have far to go as the poolside bar serves drinks from late morning until late afternoon. You can also get snacks here if you're hungry. If you want to cook for yourself, the kitchenette in your room has hot plates. There's also a fridge with a freezer to help keep your food fresh.
Laguna Park I is 100m from the centre of Playa de las Americas. You'll find streets lined with hotels, shops and places to eat in this bustling resort. There are also several water parks here if you fancy a family day out. The closest supermarket is 10m from the hotel, where you can pick up food, drinks and other holiday essentials. Veronica shopping mall is 1km away. Playa de Fanabe Beach is a 1.3km drive from Laguna Park I. You can get there with the hotel's shuttle bus service. This runs frequently to and from the shoreline, and also makes a stop at the shopping centre in San Eugenio.
A buffet is offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel's restaurant, which has views over the neighbouring island of La Gomera and the sea. Lighter meals are served at the poolside bar, as well as a barbecue twice a week.
Laguna Park I organises sports activities for children. It has table tennis and a pool table, and puts on entertainment every night.
All rooms have an indoor dining area. They also have a balcony or terrace, a safe and a TV with satellite channels.
Apartments are also available in blocks A and B, without elevator.

A most enjoyable stay!
We have just got back from 1 0 night stay and I have to say it was a pleasant stay. Only one slight drawback is the lack of furniture in the rooms such as a coffee table or bedside table but seriously how long do you spend in your apartment/room when on holiday and the sun is shining! We had no problem at all with the food and could always find something we liked and more importantly enjoyed. The staff are really pleasant and helpful. I've read some of the "terrible" reviews and I think the majority are completely unnecessary. If you want five star amenities then book five star accommodation. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Good job Laguna Park ! :)
amazing for the money you pay
i have to say everything was great about this hotel apart for the fact that there was no furniture in the rooms ie bed side table, table and chairs, no where to even rest a cup of tea on ,other that that i cannot complain. the rooms and pool area were lovely and clean and the food i found very good, we don't usually do ai but i really enjoyed all the food, all the staff were lovely and i will definitely go again
We had a great stay!
This is the third time we have stayed at the Laguna Park 1. The rooms have been upgraded since we last stayed and had all the basics we needed and was clean. There was a safe in the room which we could use for free. No tv remote in the room but you can operate the tv from underneath so this didn’t bother us as we are not always in the room. The pool area is very clean. The pool is cold but we cooled down first in the showers and then went for a swim! We were half board plus during our stay. We always found something to say. I am personally not keen on the bacon at breakfast but there was boiled eggs, toast, yoghurts, fruit, cereals, juice, tea/coffee and more! I loved the churros and chocolate spread! Meal times were nice but there are places nearby if you do want to eat out and are nice too. I find the staff very friendly. As soon as we checked in, we had a laugh with the gentleman at the reception. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Mohamed, Bryan and Francesca! All the staff work very hard and go out their way to help you. We didn’t stay in the bar area at night times as we find the evenings quite boring in the hotel - the entertainment is not great but we had fab evenings out and about. I wish we had booked a pool/sea view now as I am not keen on the apartment views of the street but it was fine. It may be a struggle for someone who finds it difficult to walk around and about as it is a bit of an uphill walk back to the hotel. There are supermarkets and bars/restaurants around the hotel so you could stay local. We would not hesitate to stay again at the Laguna Park 1 and would recommend this hotel for good price to stay in Costa Adeje. Thank you to all staff at Laguna Park 1 :-)
