Bayview Hotel by ST Hotels offers seaside rooms in the town of Sliema, on Malta's northern Coast. It has a rooftop swimming pool where you can order a cocktail from the poolside bar and enjoy views across the harbour, plus a smaller pool for children. The hotel has a spa area where you can book beauty and massage treatments, or relax in the sauna. There are two a la carte restaurants and one buffet restaurant at Bayview Hotel by ST Hotels. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room, and if you're hungry between meals, the onsite cafe offers tea, coffee and light snacks. After dinner, you can sip a few cocktails in one of the hotel's three bars. Within walking distance of the hotel you'll find Rocky Beach. You can take a stroll here or wander along Sliema's long, tree-lined promenade where there are cafes, shops and restaurants. It's right across the bay from Malta's capital city, Valletta, where you can explore historic sights, go shopping or catch a boat to the islands of Comino and Gozo. A megalithic temple and the remains of a prehistoric burial site may tempt you to the village of Luqa, which is within driving distance of the hotel.
Bayview Hotel & Apartments is 1.5km from the beach and a 1km walk from the centre of Sliema, where you'll find restaurants, bars and shops hidden down quiet backstreets. Sliema's Independence Gardens overlook the bay. You can take a boat trip to the town of Valletta or drive 6km to this UNESCO World Heritage site, which has 320 monuments as well as shops and bars. You'll be able to explore the Grand Master's Palace, visit its Parliament Building or wander around the National Museum of Archaeology. Further afield, you'll find sandy beaches and hidden coves within driving distance of the hotel.
The hotel has three bars serving soft drinks, fruit juice, water and alcoholic drinks at various times throughout the day. If you fancy dining in, you can choose from three restaurants offering local and international cuisine. You'll be able to order hot drinks and snacks at the hotel's cafe.
You can swim in the pool, visit the gym or simply enjoy the views from the roof terrace. A games room is available for children.
The larger pool is located on the roof, the 7th floor indoor swimming pool.
All rooms have a balcony as well as Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. If you have young children with you, cots are available.

Fantastic staff
This is a great hotel. I cannot fault it on any level. The staff are very friendly, and it is very clean. The pool and facilities are excellent. My advice for breakfast, is to save your money and go go next door to gourmet brunch and surf. The breakfast in the hotel is fine but next door it is a million times better.
nice hotel
We,ve just come back from malta last week, the bayview hotel in siliema is a lovely hotel staff are so freindly rooms where cleaned every day if you wanted breakfast was nice and plentiful, i would recommend this hotel most definetly.
Very poor except for the staff and food
The Good:- The mostly non Maltese staff are excellent if a little unsure of English. The food is also excellent with a good variety for breakfast and the evening meal. Salads piled high, lots of fruit. Meat was a variety 2 or 3 of Duck, Rabbit, Beef, Chicken, Lamb or fish. The Poor: The amount of storage in the rooms was abysmal. Two small drawers and two shelves were the only places for clothes. The curtains fully closed still left a gap of 6 inches. No shelves at all in the bathroom. The only table just 15 inches wide. Chairs OK though. If you would like a drink with your meal the staff had to go down a flight of stairs, across the foyer into the lounge where the bar was located. They then bring your drink up and present your bill. Take your cash and do a return trip with your change. No opportunity to put drinks on your bill. The really bad: The lounge had FOUR TV's on all at once, each one quite loud. I asked where the quiet room was and was told to go up on the roof. When I mentioned it was raining I got a shrug of the shoulders and a 'sorry' Would we go back - NEVER!
