Beautiful and comfortable hotel ideally located. Thank you very much to all the staff for their kindness and all their little attentions to make this stay pleasant despite the breakdown of the air conditioning. Special thanks also to Giulio who takes care of the breakfast, which was delicious and very varied

The hotel and staff very kind and excellent service Especially Mr Alessandro he was very kind and doing his best to make our stay very comfortable The room very nice and clean the breakfast was deliecious

No air conditioning and sewage smell in the lobby and no refund.

Have arrived in hotel. There is a SEWERAGE SMELL IN THE LOBBY AND NO AIR CONDITIONING in the rooms and they are not offering any refunds. Unfortunately I cannot now book another room without getting a refund. Ruining my honeymoon do not recommend Accor hotels and especially this hotel. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND and ask me to call my booking company for 25 minutes.
