Spotlessly clean! I had a two floor room overlooking the pool. If I had any criticism, it would be that to access the lower floor, is a spiral staircase with no hand rail. Apart from that it's a lovely place to stay and I would happily stay again

Nice small apartment, good clean and big rooms. The staff is AMAZING. Dimitris made sure we had a great breakfast every day, Aleksia ordered food for us and had great tips for nice trips and restaurants, and Vaggelis made the best cocktails in the beautiful bar. The staff is the best we ever had. Friendly, Nice conversations, good tips for days out. We had such a great stay!! Location is perfect. Would defininately come back in the future!

We stayed in a junior suite, recently refurbished, with a good sized balcony and a view of the harbour at Hersonissos. The one bed apartment was comfortable, spotlessly clean and the perfect base from which to enjoy the local amenities. Bars, restaurants and small supermarkets are all within a minute’s walk so after arriving by taxi (45euros) from Heraklion Airport, a rental car was not necessary. The staff at Elite are absolute stars. Friendly, helpful and always smiling, they are led by Dimitris, who prepares a lovely buffet breakfast, runs the beautiful rooftop bar and generally attends to every guest request. During the winter he’s a celebrated musician in his hometown of Heraklion. Elite also owns a four bedroom house - Koutouloufari House - a few yards from the hotel which has a lounge, kitchen and private roof terrace and is available for rent for large groups or families. The only small downside would be for those who love a warm swimming pool! More rooms are due for modernisation over the 22/23 winter. We will almost certainly be back.
