As one of Hanover´s Business Hotels Wyndham Hannover Atrium offers 222 rooms in five categories. From 23 sqm Standard rooms up to 73 sqm large and luxurious Suites there are even Privilege rooms, Apartments and Juniors Suite, partly with kitchen, available. Beside the rooms the hotel offers a capacious conference area with 13 modern equipped meeting rooms, which can host up to 270 attendees. In the whole hotel, high-speed wireless internet access is provided. Guests are catered by the restaurant, which prepares regional and international dishes. Just 7 km away from the city center and the exhibition grounds, the Hotel is connected to the motorway A2 and easy accessible by car and public transport.After breakfast, our restaurant and hotel bar are closed. Unfortunately, our wellness area is not yet open either.

Old and not well maintained hotel, poor customer service

Overall, a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. The property is old and outdated, needs major renovation. Carpets and furniture are dirty, have a lot of stains. Bathroom does not work, the shower was old and broken, making it very difficult to take a shower. Customer service is bad, staff are arrogant. The hotel location is not convenient, not connected with transportation to the city so you have to use taxi all the time. The hotel rate is too expensive for what they are offering. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Busy hotel but appalling service

We were on a group booking so had no choice However bathroom cleanliness questionable one towel stained and toilet not spotlessly clean.Rest of room ok The bar service was appalling short staffed staff arguing among staff.Ok it was busy as there was a function but to be rude to guests and point out that no tip was left, unacceptable.

Stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip to Germany. The hotel is basic but clean, well-located and good value for the money. the breakfast was outstanding. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is is in a covered lot. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
