Beautiful hotel , rooms are small , very helpful staff fabulous breakfast great location will definitely stay here again near the uban free bikes outside, outdoor seating with covers so close to everything highly recommended x

Nice Hotel - Tiny Room

Had a three night stay at Titanic in Mitte. I have to say that the room we had was absolutely tiny. I think its primarily a business hotel so an overnight stay would not require the amenities of a longer one. There was no wardrobe, storage drawers, safe - my husband and I found it difficult to manouver around the bed while getting ready/dressed. We left everything in our suitcases. The breakfast on offer was really good and the staff were very accommodating. The bar staff were lovely and went above and beyond to look after residents. It is a lovely hotel but the size of the room was a disappointment. I assume there are larger rooms available for a increased rate.

Booked a room for a business colleague in town for 5 nights due to the proximity of the Ubahn and distance from office. The room was small. Bed plus walkway around bed and bathroom. Clean. Well lit. AC did not work well so the window was open. She went outside to smoke at 10:30 pm sitting in a chair and was screamed at by a front desk staff did she want a 10,000€ fine. She asked him to explain as It was not understood. There was a group nearby laughing and making noise but that was not colleague. Turns out there is a noise ordinance during the week after 10pm. Colleague was not making noise nor was a part of the people nearby making noise. We will not book colleagues here again due to rude staff to a colleague. I am embarrassed.
