This was a family short stay, very happy with accommodation room for 3 people very spacious and clean, bathroom very good size. Staff friendly and professional. Great location for transport .Will go back.

Not recommended, the check in and out was long, the lady not say the true all the time, they are not want to help and survey, also ask towel few time and get them after 3 calls after 35min. The location in good only to home user DB train
Amano Grand Central Hotel
After staying at this hotel for one night, I noticed that many things are not working properly. First of all, when I arrived, I found black men hair on the bed, which was supposed to be clean. Secondly, there were no extra blankets or pillows in case they were needed. Thirdly, the bathroom door is extremely difficult to open, extremely noisy when closing because it closes too tightly, and impossible to keep open. The couple bed had two mattress and they moved all the time and split up. They were not fixed. Fourth and finally, the cleaning staff showed an extreme lack of professionalism in the morning; from 9am they started cleaning the rooms, they talked loudly, you could hear a woman and a man laughing and opening and slamming the doors with an incredible lack of sensitivity. The room is not soundproofed and everything that goes on can be heard. At 10am they knocked on our door and said they had to clean even though our check-out was at 12pm. I told them the room was still occupied. At 11 o'clock a man opened the room door and came in, shouting and saying the room needed to be cleanned, even though there was a sign outside the door asking for quiet and informing that there were guests in the room. This is completely nonsensical. We pointed out again that we were supposed to check out at 12 o'clock, but the man didn't seem to want to understand. We had to leave the room before checking out as we no longer felt comfortable or safe there. We complained at the check-in/out desk and received an apology, but nothing more. If they want to charge guests for their stay, they need to make sure they provide excellent service and not let the cleaning staff kick guests out of their rooms. I have no intention of returning to this hotel.
