Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
Washington is known as the “Evergreen State” and is nestled on the upper west coast of the USA. The climate is pleasant with warm and dry weather in the south and snow-covered mountains in the west. Temperatures rarely drop below 31°C in the summer, which is the best time to visit Washington for beaches and swimming in the sea. UV levels are also quite high at this time of year, so try and stay out of the sun during the hottest part of the day and wear sun protection. For cooler weather, travel in autumn or spring. The weather is still mild but it isn’t as hot as the summer, which is great if you have a lot of outdoor activities planned and need a comfortable climate to enjoy it all. The average temperature in spring is around 14°C that continues to increase as the season progresses, often reaching highs of 19°C in April. Spring is the best time to go to Washington for mild temperatures and to avoid the busy crowds that flock to the state in summer. Rainfall is moderate throughout the year and even the summer doesn’t escape the wet climate. July has an average rainfall of 126mm that decreases to 73mm in November.
