Do not stay here, the “hotel” is not worth your money

Stay away from this hotel. It is simply not worth your money. The building itself is outdated since many years ago. On the hottest day this year, with temperatures of >30 degrees in Sweden, it turns out that there is a “summer ventilation” only. No A/C as most hotels around the globe offer in 2022. The windows are locked. You can barely hear some kind of ventilation, which won’t be sufficient for 2 people and a whole night. Of course, what to expect otherwise, the cleaning was not performed thoroughly. Black hairs in the shower. We got 3 functioning towels for 2 persons incl. a floor towel. Luckily we are staying only one night in this “hotel”. I promise, I won’t be back. Ever. I should have known better. Scandic’s glory days are over.

Beautiful hotel with tropical lobby

Scandic Infra City is a pleasant hotel that is suitable for both business travelers and families. Rooms were clean and spacious. The lobby was beautiful and inviting with coy fish ponds, natural light, and tropical greenery. Parking garage was convenient and easy to access. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed 4 days at this magnificent hotel. After a wrong booking that ended up in the wrong hotel with a completely different standard (and which was also more expensive), we ended up in the right place. The first sight when you enter feels really luxurious and friendly and helpful staff makes sure it goes smoothly and easily no matter what questions you may have. There is both a pool, gym and plenty of activities for children. The pond with koi fish and the tall jungle trees are very soothing. There is also a garage adjacent to the hotel, but I as a northerner think that SEK 200 a night is a bit too expensive, even if it is cheaper than standing out on the street with the car. The family rooms are nice and the bathroom is large. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of things to choose from. Both hot and cold, good drinks. The only thing I have to remark on here is that the prince sausage seems to have disappeared and been replaced by chicken sausage, which has nothing to do with a Swedish hotel. The rating is 5 out of 5 Stannade 4 dagar på detta magnifika hotell. Efter en felbokning som gjorde att vi hamnade på fel hotell med en helt annan standard (och som dessutom var dyrare) hamnade vi tillslut på rätt ställe. Första anblicken när man kommer in känns verkligen lyxigt och trevlig o hjälpsam personal ser till att det går smidigt o lätt oavsett vilka frågor man kan tänkas ha. Finns både pool, gym samt gott om aktiviteter för barn. Dammen med koifiskar och de höga djungelträden är väldigt rogivande. Finns också ett garage i anslutning till hotellet men jag som norrlänning tycker att 200 kr natten är en smula för dyrt även om det är billigare än att stå ute på gatan med bilen. Familjerummen är fina och badrummet är stort. Fantastisk frukost med gott om saker att välja på. Både varmt och kallt, goda drycker. Det enda jag har att anmärka på här är att prinskorven tycks ha försvunnit och bytts ut mot kycklingkorv vilket inte har på ett svenskt hotell att göra. Betyget blir 5 av 5
