Hotel is in great location . Central to all restaurants and shops . Adjacent to beautiful square/plaza. Train station approximately 25 minute walk if wanted to go to Madrid . Reception staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating . Would highly recommend

Great little boutique hotel just a block away from Cervantes Square and within walking distance to most sights, the train station and many tapas bars (loved Indalo!). Our room had a view of San Diego square and the beautiful facade of the University of Alcala. We had good wifi and a room safe large enough for laptops. We didn't use the hotel restaurant, but nearby Granier and Oh La La cafes offered good and inexpensive breakfast options.

A classic hotel in a perfect location

This classic three star hotel was a real pleasant surprise! I had stayed at the Parador before but I think i will be going back! The location is perfect right in the heart of the city snd right next to the beautiful Alcala university! Plus beautiful terrace restaurants around the hotel. I didn’t want to leave.. Our room was spacious and clean with a good size bathroom. The beds were comfortable as well. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to pay a visit to Don Kojote’s birth place!
