Such a nice hotel and fantastically friendly staff. It is rare these days but Golden Towers really is a place to visit. My wife and I will certainly come back. Add this a superb breakfast and a very silent but stll central location.

Perfect luxury solo stay in Florence

This was one of the most wonderful hotels I have stayed at - definitely the right choice for Florence! The staff was so kind, going above and beyond to help me with any request - like making me a fresh coffee before I left, even though breakfast wasn’t officially open. Valet parking was easy - and Daniele stayed on the phone with me to help me access the hotel through the various zones / alleys. I booked the basic room, which was small but still felt luxurious, super clean, big bathroom - and more than enough space for a solo traveler. Best of all is the hotel’s location, 5-7 min walk to most major sites, on the biggest shopping street, etc. I had a massage two days in a row given how relaxing it was! Overall, amazing stay.

I stayed in this property for five nights. Employees were super friendly and eager to help. I took one star off because the first three days, our heating system was off so it was really cold. However, when i asked the concierge about it, she immediately fixed the problem and the stay was perfect. Breakfast was soso. Great location.
