Incredibly beautiful place with AMAZING Staff!

I’ve just come back from a week at Club Med Punta Cana and can’t say enough great things! The beach was gorgeous, beautiful white sand and azure blue water - the grounds were spotless and inviting. The staff were amazing! Particularly the wait staff were genuinely kind, attentive and cheerful: Laura at Espana, a heartfelt thank you, you are a ray of kindness!! So to Elisa, Jeremy and the lovely breakfast bread girl (Memoraly?) who went above and beyond to help me dislodge a frozen glass of exotic juice, trying various methods and finally finding me and delivering it to my table long after I had given up. I haven’t been to the Dominican Republic before but the people are a very good reason to come back!! The GMs were also so lovely, going out of their way to make everyone feel included and welcome: thank you Bianca, Selena, Jules and Ronnie for rescuing me from my sailing talents and Ricardo (and the acrobat team) for making me believe I could fly. Food was incredible and truly warranted the reputation! Before I left I saw some reviews complaining about how much French was spoken. We loved that we had travelled far enough to hear French and Spanish and feel a fun European flavour in the air – may also explain why there was a ridiculous number of good looking people on the beach!! I’m still trying to figure out if there is fairy dust in french food because I don’t get how they can eat so well and look so good! Thank you Romain, Hugo and Luis! :)

Incredible property and vacation

One of the things I like about Club Med is they do not pack 1000 people in a hundred yard stretch of beach like most AI resorts. There is always room to take peaceful walk or get away from the noise. Or, if you choose, you can be in the middle of it. Punta Cana offers tranquility in the Zen Oasis area with an amazing pool, as well as a kids area I hardly noticed. The food was outstanding and changed every day/night. Thankfully, the bread does not change. Would highly recommend for either an adult getaway (stay in Zen area) or bring the kids and check them into camp.

So Happy we chose Club Med Punta Cana

Went for my 40th birthday but with whole family. The mini club staff (Oberson, Martha, Ralph, Nathy and Paul) were amazing and kept our 7, 9 and 10 year olds engaged. Circus training was incredible with Kyle, Kiko and Lili. We will definitely be continuing circus and trapeze on our return to the States. We stayed at La Tiara which was worth the extra. The concierge staff of Christelle and Silvio were attentive to every need and helped us manage all the Covid testing/paperwork for customs easily on resort premises. Danny in excursions helped us set up an amazing private family trip for snorkeling, tubing and swimming in a natural ocean pool. Love the club med performances and family shows. The environment is amazing and conducive to finding new hobbies (Emmanuel in archery taught me how to best my hubby in shooting which is absolutely priceless) and we learned much from Selina and the sailing staff. The food was well done and consistent. Great options and variability although for good reason, a fish forward menu. Honestly, for a family vacation where you would also like some time alone with your spouse, I can’t recommend this location higher.
