Your money is secured in a trust account
Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
We're ATOL protected
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

The official currency of Croatia is now the Euro. It replaced the Kuna on 1st January 2023.

We recommend purchasing your travel money before you leave the UK. You can exchange Sterling at a local post office or bank. Alternatively, you can order online from Thomas Cook Travel Money, or if you don't like carrying cash, why not use a travel money card? This offers an efficient way to keep all of your spends in one place. And with extremely competitive rates, your money will stretch even further. 

If you plan on paying by card it may also be worth having some notes on you as some smaller restaurants and cafés may not accept credit cards.
