SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOISE AND DISTRESS.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The hotel is really noisy since there are night clubs right in the front of it. In addition to this it seems that the nearby hotel also allows live shows in their gardens which caused A HORRIBLE MUSIC being played loud late at night. The security guards are extremely rude , also THEY DO NOT ALLOW GUSTS at all. I had my friends staying over in Oasis and they were not allowed to visit me in my apartment which was absolutely shocking. The security guard was screaming at us and seemed really threatening ' this is not your home, you can not have guests here'. As if I wasn't paying to actually rent this space for the time being?! Also paid my security deposit in full! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ANY COST.

Opposite The Irish Centre... NOISY!!

If you value sleep, don't go here. The hotel is opposite The Irish Centre, which is a group of Irish bars which pump loud music and karaoke until the early hours. The apartment itself was basic but clean, and we had a lovely view of one of the pools, which was cleaned daily, as was the apartment. The lack of air-conditioning was a bit of an issue as the temperature rose to 31° at one point, although the shop inside the hotel did offer fans for rent. I was a former resident of Gran Canaria and was relieved that I only spotted one cockroach on the property.

Good option for accommodation in playa del ingles

Lovely base for a holiday . staff very pleasant and helpful. All areas kept spotless clean . Heated pool great for swimming good equipment in gym . Hairdresser and beauty salon on site Plenty of choice at breakfast .did not have evening meals. Not a lot of equipment in apartment for cooking and some crockery in restaurant badly chipped but they are small issues. Overall a great option for a stay in gran canaria. Room in block 3 and 4 are at back so a lot quieter than those at front Would stay here again pics are of deluxe rooms not standard
