This is my second resort in Barbados and omg. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen and been in. The staff is not the most pleasant except for Brandon, it’s very dated. And because I’m so traumatized by the hotel I refuse to eat here. I have been eating outside. The only good thing is the beach, although small it’s cleaner. Save your self the heartache and book somewhere else.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Booked a family holiday through Ocean Florida who recommended this after our Florida holiday got cancelled again! Where do I start there was no entertainment the food was ok for adults but not for children even though it’s supposed to be a child friendly hotel! limited drinks at the bar, dirty poo stained sun loungers cups left around the pool for days! Part of the outside area is red taped of area as it’s classed as dangerous! My son had an accident in the pool and there was no accident form done no medical help! They didn’t even have a plaster… The rooms were clean but a family room consists of 2 double beds for 3 adults and 1 child so my 17 year old daughter had to sleep with her 10 year old brother! When I complained to Ocean Florida they said that was acceptable. If you want a relaxing holiday with a hotel that caters for your every need Book somewhere else!!!!

Superb hotel, really couldn’t fault it. Food was top class and constant variety of cuisines etc. Always a good veggie choice and a good meat choice, always kept fresh and topped up. Breakfast was my absolute favourite, the bacon was cooked to perfection and the pancakes were just amazing! Staff were more than we could have asked for. Remembered us every day and remembered we were a party of 8 so always had our table ready. Sandra and Sanjean were amazing in the restaurant! Wonderful people, really so grateful to them. Nicholas on the bar was a great guy once he got to know you. The cocktails were amazing, so much choice and just beautiful!!And Steve on the beach couldn’t do more for you either! The hotel is right on the beach which is just beautiful, and all the rooms have a great view on to the sea which is just amazing. The view to the sea from the restaurant is breathtaking. The rooms have everything you could need and are cleaned and topped up daily and there are always staff around if you need anything extra like some more water or coffee for the room. The entertainment was brilliant, the bands and the singers we saw were great fun and the karaoke was brilliant! Couldn’t love this place more and am desperate to come back
