This modern hotel is located in the suburbs of Stockholm and was established in 1971. The airport is just 20-minute drive away from the complex. It is a short drive away from the Ulriksdals Slott and the nearest station is Bergshamra. This hotel is very much on the outer edge of Stockholm, the good news is that you can get the Airport Bus and it has a stop 5 minutes from this hotel - Much cheaper than going by Taxi. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good (And there was a gluten free option(s) available).. In reception there are some desks, the Wi-Fi is good and a small shop and coffee machine. My room, which was a single was very small (think prison cell small) - The view out the window was of a building site with active construction (Not the hotels fault) but meant there was no chance to sleep once construction started in the morning (And they started early). This hotel could do with some investment in updating the rooms.

Unable to process basic and simple procedures (SOP)

Unable to change dates at my booking. Unable to inform me about their cleaning procedures (my room was left 3 days uncleaned) Unable to offer me the room I booked. Unable to own the smallest mistake. Awful employability culture - employees blaming each other. Distant and hard to get manager. Window shopping approach.

We stayed at the Hotel during "Malodifestivalen" and we were very happy with the reception from the staff, both at the hotel and in the restaurant. The hotel is situated close to the highway but that didn't bother us. There is plentyof parkingspaces, both outside and in the garage.
