Bijilo National Park

Explore the rainforest nature reserve of Bijilo Forest Park, which can be found on a cliff side by the coast. The park is quite small covering 126 acres but is a hotspot for bird watchers and nature lovers. Follow one of the several nature trails, which take you through grassy plains and golden sand dunes.

Enjoy the colourful plants and peaceful surroundings where you'll be able to spot reptiles and exotic birds as the park is home to over 130 species. It's also known locally as the country's monkey park as the protected forest is where you can see monkeys freely roam around the canopy trees. There are 4 primate species that include, Patas, Green Vervet, Red Colobus and the bush baby monkey species.
