We have just come back from a week staying at this hotel, when we arrived we were shown to an unclean room which smelt of cigarette smoke and wasn't cleaned properly. We asked to be moved to another room and by way of apology the staff offered us a free meal and drinks on the house a few nights later which was good of them to do that. The noise outside from the mosque at 4am every morning was scary at first as you didn't realise what it was at first as we hadn't had any warning about this nor about the fact that a house sounding like gunfire was we think a staff member scrapeping the sun beds along the ground. The noise at night from other guests was distracting too and you could still hear the loud music when you were trying to sleep. The food at the hotel was ok but took awhile to arrive and when it did arrive it looked very dried out as if it had been sat there for a while. The breakfast buffet was very limited so we did eat out some of the time for meals so we could have more variety. The pool area of the hotel could have done with cleaning twice daily as it was slightly dirty round the edges. The staff were rude at times but pleasant at times too. The area of Gazipasa was a nice area with a few restaurants and shops but not as close as we would have liked to be to town as we had to get taxis everywhere as couldn't work out which side of the road the dolmus buses go and where they went either. Side was a lovely place to explore and had lots going on at night too with lots of entertainment. The Roman ruins are well worth s visit in the old town.

Budget hotel, dated by today’s standard and other hotels in the resort. Room and facilities of a good size and kept clean by regular visits by the cleaners. Location I found was good for town and beach etc. other than proximity to a Mosque 5.15am wakeup call and other bars, open air discos going on till 3 or 4am. The hotels own staff tried to compete with the outside bars by playing their own full volume music and karaoke music till 2.30 am. Hotel entertainment even more dated than the hotel, I must be fortunate as I have better street busker’s were I live. Dancing with the staff was one member twirling a white hanky around and doing a good impression of the g gordens. Unfortunately what could be a reasonable hotel spoilt buy the noise.

Just returned from a week at the Pasha star, what a nice clean hotel, staff and management very friendly. My wife had previously visited this hotel with her Aunties, and wanted me to visit. Although still early in the season, the weather was fantastic. A lot of the clientelle are regulars and return year after year. This speaks volumes for this hotel and the way it is ran. The breakfasts could do with a slight improvement. Myself and my wife tried a lot of the foods in the hotel, all of which were cooked to a very high standard. There is a regular (free) bus service to and from the beach if you get tired of sitting round the pool. Mendrese and Mehmet and all the other bar staff are very friendly and always willing to help if you have any problems at all.
