Over 80% of our customers will be visited by a Thomas Cook representative at their hotel at least twice a week. You can find out whether your hotel has a rep visit included on top of our standard in-resort service by searching for your hotel below. You can be sure though, that if you need to see a rep when you’re on holiday, it doesn’t matter which hotel you’re staying at, we can arrange it for you. Just let us know.
Our team of local experts are based in our destinations and are there to give advice, help arrange activities and days out and support you with any issues you may have. Our reps will invite you to a welcome event which will provide you with useful information & tips – helping you get the most from your holiday.
