Thomas Cook Connected & Resort Service

 

At Thomas Cook we want you to have an amazing holiday so we'll always be there for you. Whether you want local tips and information, need some help or advice on exploring your destination, we’re available for you to connect with us 24/7.

In addition to our 24hr Connected Service, some of our hotels will have access to our Resort Service. This includes a team of local experts based in destinations who are there to give advice, help arrange activities and days out and support you with any issues you may have. We’ll also visit a number of these hotels on a regular basis. If you need to see a rep when you’re on holiday, we’ll do our best to arrange this for you. Just let us know.

At the Airport

If you've booked a transfer with us, they’ll make sure you’re met on arrival and taken to your Hotel. Not all our coaches have a rep on board but our drivers know which hotels to stop at.

Our Connected team are here to help - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year. You’ll get all our contact details by email 7 days before you travel and also when you arrive on holiday.
