At Thomas Cook we want you to have an amazing holiday so we'll always be there for you whenever and wherever you need us.

Whether you want local tips and information, need some help or advice on exploring your destination, we’re available 24/7. You can relax knowing we’re never far away.

Over 80% of our customers will be visited by a Thomas Cook representative at their hotel at least twice a week. You can find out whether your hotel has a rep visit included on top of our standard in-resort service by searching for your hotel below. You can be sure though, that if you need to see a rep when you’re on holiday, it doesn’t matter which hotel you’re staying at, we can arrange it for you.  Just let us know.

Our team of local experts are based in our destinations and are there to give advice, help arrange activities and days out and support you with any issues you may have. Our reps will invite you to a welcome event which will provide you with useful information & tips – helping you get the most from your holiday.

At the Airport

Our team will meet you at the Airport.  If you've booked a transfer with us, they’ll make sure you’re taken to your Hotel. Not all our coaches have a rep on board but our drivers know which hotels to stop at.

24 Hour Helpline

Our reps are here to help - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year. You’ll get all our contact details by email 7 days before you travel and also when you arrive on holiday.

Digitally Connected

You can connect with us on holiday via Phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Skype, Facetime and via Facebook.

Live Chat

You can chat with our team online whilst you’re on holiday.  It’s easy to do - all our contact details will be sent to you by email 7 days before you travel and also when you arrive on holiday.
