Horrible experience! They steal from you!

Don’t stay here, they steal money from you!! This was the worst experience ever in hotel in USA. I stayed there for four days last October with my family in a total os seven people. Everything was going all right, but when we left the hotel we were charged U$ 100.00 for a missing iron from our bedroom. I called the hotel many times and sent many emails and assured I didn’t even see this iron inside my room. Nothing was made and they didn’t refund me the charge in my credit card. Look for other hotel, they’re thieves!!! Get away !!!

I stayed at the hotel with my family in two rooms, a few days after checking out, we were surprised with a charge of U$ 100.00 on the credit card informed at check-in. After numerous attempts at clarification, I was informed that the charge was for an iron that the hotel accuses of having taken. We never took any object from the hotel room. The iron was used and left on the bedroom floor. We have never been ripped off so absurdly by a hotel. Never stay at this hotel.

My DH and I stayed at Harmony Suites hotel 12/4/22 to 12/6/22. What I liked about the hotel, 1. We could take NJ TRANSIT bus (#320) to NYC Port Authority Bus Terminal in midtown. The bus stop was right across the street from the hotel. The bus ride took us about 20 to 25 minutes to NYC and the bus was nice like coach tour bus. ($4.25 each person per ride, ticket machine at the bus stop or you can pay exact cash to driver) I downloaded NJ TRANSIT app on my phone and it was very convenient and easy to use. 2. The hotel has big parking building right next to it and free parking. We were able to park our car prior to check in and go to NYC and check in after we come back that night. 3. I asked for a quiet room and the reception gave us a very quiet and spacious room. It’s one bedroom suite had two TVs. The room was clean. Bathroom was also good size and had nice clean towels. There’s small fridge, microwave and little sink next to the bathroom. 4. There’s Walmart behind the hotel if you need anything. Only thing I thought they could improve was the shower faucet. It was little old and rusty. However the water pressure and temperature was good. I would definitely recommend Harmony suites hotel to my friends.
