Spring Break Hotel for Orlando Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean. The two-bedroom suite gives a family some space to spread out which is nice. The room has a small kitchenette that is well outfitted with paper plates, utensils, and napkins. The ease of use of the trolley system to and from the parks scores high marks as it was never a long wait to catch one. The pool was very nice with ample seating which pleasantly surprised me. It's a good value for what you get. The staff were all very knowledgable and friendly. Would stay here again when visiting the parks.

Suite layout was unusual - no sofa or comfortable chair in the main room and could not see TV from table. Bed linens had holes in them. Room floors were a bit dirty and hot water was a bit lacking. Staff was great and food at cafe was very good. Buss service was excellent

The floor of our room was sticky with visible dirt on it when we arrived. We wore socks which got filthy and sticky. The beds and counters were clean, and the hotel had really normal use wear. One of the two elevators near our room were broken (we were not told if there were others that served our towers). This made for exceptionally long waits in the morning and evening. We occasionally took the stairs but we were on the seventh floor — we would have left more often to eat at the hotel cafe, to use the pool or to shop but we didn’t want to wait to get back to the room. Because of the difficulty physically getting everyone in and out of the room, we ordered groceries and pizza instead of going to city walk/using the cafe more. We LOVE the hotel cafe, the food is always fresh. This is our second stay at this hotel and we are frequently Orlando visitors — we recommended it to so many people after a fabulous first stay but I would not recommend it after this visit.
