This luxury boutique hotel is quaintly tucked in the heart of Orlando, just minutes away from International Drive and Universal Studios. Although located just minutes from the main tourist attractions, the Resort provides a tranquil experience where guests can feel right at home and feel the stress melt away as they are greeted with hospitality and settled in one of the spacious suites featuring dark woods, brown leather furnishings, and elegant granite accents. The lobby barista serves a daily hot breakfast buffet for an additional charge, along with à la carte fresh baked pastries and Starbuck's specialty coffees. Guests will be able to relax at the outdoor heated pool and whirlpool, as well as work out in the completely renovated fitness center. The poolside Cabana Bar & Grille serves a variety of casual cuisine as well as frosty drinks and cocktails. Guests looking to enjoy Orlando's theme parks can travel there easily using the hotel's scheduled shuttle service.

Really nice one bedroom suite

Only had one large glass but that’s ok, drank from water and soda bottles, only had a spatula and ladle-made due-could use more than one pot and pan too, but again made due. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable

Outdated, not clean, rundown

We have stayed here 3 other times within last 10 years and this is the worst ever. All started at the front desk being told no longer have shuttles to Disney. When I booked they said they had shuttles. Rooms are outdated and not clean. Theirs 2 landline phones neither one works. Why have them if they don't work? Bedroom TV remote won't work. We stayed in a 1 bedroom grand suite. Holes in bed sheets. Couch is filthy and put a towel down when sitting on. Carpet not vacuumed well. Floors and toilet not cleaned well. Kitchen dishes were dirty so didn't use or had to clean them first. No cleaning except every 4 days but I understand this was die to covid which is ok.Theirs no garbage cans at the pool area where you can order food and eat. Inside hotel they put out a garbage can out for breakfast then when it's over they remove it. Awkward. Most hotels have garbage cans to throw out trash such as takeout etc. Only garbage cans i saw were on outside of the hotel. Pool area was ok but hot tub should have been cleaned. Pool was not very clean either. With not many guests they should have no issues keeping the property clean. I will not return to this hotel. I would compare this hotel to a super 8 motel. On our 2nd night was woken up by someone banging on door next to us at 230am! I didn't get up but was literally shaking thats how loud the pounding on door next to us or in hallways was and yelling and screaming. Then the guest started swearing and must have eventually been let into room. I informed front desk they said they would look into it. I think they switched management because 4 years ago when visited it was much better. If you want a fancy super 8 then stay here.
