Enclave Suites by Sky Hotels & Resorts is in the International Drive area in the heart of Orlando, Florida. This part of the city is central to many of Orlando's main attractions, including Universal Studios Florida and the Walt Disney World parks. At the hotel, you can relax on a sun lounger beside the outdoor pool. The sun terrace is surrounded by tall palm trees and gardens. There's a 24-hour gym, and you can enjoy a relaxing massage at the spa. You could also play a few games of pool. There's an outdoor playground for the children to enjoy. Each of the rooms has a private balcony or terrace, as well as Self Catering facilities. There's Wi-Fi in all the public areas, so you can keep in touch during your stay. There's also a 24-hour reception area. There's a food court cafe at the hotel, which serves a variety of hot and cold dishes. If you fancy eating out, there's a range of restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance, serving a wide range of cuisines, from American burgers to Chinese dishes. International Drive, or "I-Drive", is home to a 400-foot observation wheel, a Madame Tussauds, and Pointe Orlando, which offers various dining, shopping and entertainment options.

The hotel is a short walk from International Drive, where you'll find plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as lively nightlife. Universal Studios Florida is 4.5km away and Disney World's Magic Kingdom is 25km away. There are many golf courses in Orlando, as well as plenty of shopping malls and spas. You could also take a day trip to Cocoa Beach, a white sandy stretch on Florida's Space Coast. At Cocoa Beach, you'll be able to swim in the calm sea, take part in various water activities or simply relax with a drink from one of the various beach bars or restaurants.

The hotel's food court cafe offers a buffet breakfast and an ‡ la carte menu for lunch and dinner. The cafe is open from early in the morning until midnight. If you'd like to make light dishes in your room, you'll have a fridge, hot plates and a microwave.

If you like to stay active on holiday, you can play tennis on the hotel's courts. Tennis equipment is also available to borrow.

Rooms at Enclave Suites are modern and neutrally decorated. All rooms have Wi-Fi, individually-controlled air conditioning and a safe. There's also a flatscreen TV.

No restaurant,No indoor pool, No daily bedroom cleaning, No convenience store, No coffee in the bedroom, No Attention from employees, No ATM, No light in my bedroom saturday night and no explanation from the employees for this problem. The breakfast is served in a paper bag, no coffee, no milk, no tea, no fruit, no cereal (photos). The room cleaning and the changing towels is every four days

We booked a 2 bedroom Superior Suite through Virgin Holidays. On arrival, we were told we had been allocated a room in Building 1. On entering the building, the first thing we noticed was the smell of what seemed to be marijuana and the overall the main common area looked a bit shabby. After an age the lift finally arrived. The lifts we found were very slow. Our room was fairly clean on arrival and it soon became clear that the superior rooms had just had a budget makeover to look different to the other rooms. Dont get me wrong, it was absolutely fine for what it was, but a bit more cash spent in some areas would have made a huge difference. We had shutters on the windows in the bedrooms. The one in our bedroom had been mis-measured so didn’t fit properly at the bottom of the window. The windows in the main bedroom were also filthy on the outside. Clearly these had been left as the balcony didn’t stretch that far. We turned the A/C on and were confronted with a very loud unit that seemed to shake the whole closet it was in. Needless to say, as soon as we were cool enough, it was turned off and remained off for the duration of the trip. luckily it wasnt boiling hot in Orlando at the time and we managed without it on. We visited reception to ask about the safe as it was locked and no key was provided. They advised us it was a charge of about $2 per day to rent the safe. Nothing was said about this at check in. We were also asked about housekeeping - We told them we were happy to miss housekeeping as we were being cautious due to covid, and would contact them if we need anything. Over the 2 weeks we were there, we noticed that we had ants in the kitchen. Nothing major so we didn’t report it, just a few around the sink but obviously a little off putting. We felt they were possibly coming from the sink or garbage disposal as there were always 2 or 3 in the sink every morning. We used the laundry facilities on site as well. Previous trips to Orlando, we have had a villa and happy to take less and do some laundry. Luckily for us the laundry was located on our floor. When we went to check out the facilities, there was a sign on the wall stating we can either use a credit card to pay or get a prepaid card from reception. The virgin website advertises this as coin operated. As the credit card facility said it would need to take $12 before to "approve" your card we wanted to use the prepaid card. Especially when we have been saving our quarters for the alleged coin operation. We went to reception about the card and they advised they had run out and we can only use our card. Really not ideal with the charges involved and seemed really disinterested in providing the prepaid card. We went back on another day to use the laundry again, and the room was closed off as they were out of order. They remained that way the rest of the trip. We were offered use of the facilities in the other buildings, but we didn’t want to use facilities were we weren’t nearby. In the 2nd week of our trip we noticed one of the lifts was out of order. The only way to know this was the lift was stuck on our floor, with a slightly open door and a bin placed in front of it (which also then showed that someone had painted the wall without moving the bin so the paint was 2 tone). No other signage to show it was broken. That lift was broken for a week and with the other one being painfully slow, we took the stairs a lot. Not a problem when just going out, but when you have luggage, it is a nightmare. During the trip we also had 2 nights at a Universal Orlando resort. On returning to the room, we noticed housekeeping had been in the room. They had only replaced a couple of towels, not taken the dirty ones and rearranged some items in the kitchen. Normally we wouldn’t be bothered, but the fact we asked for no housekeeping and then we have a visit when we are staying elsewhere was concerning. Overall, I would say for what we paid, it was fine. The common areas really need some attention, and as the building is also used for private Air BnB rentals, we found that there were probably more people in rooms than there should be and they were noisy. The location to International drive was great though, and we often walked out at night time for something to eat. Would we stay there again? probably not. I would rather pay a bit more and get a better experience.

This has been our 4th visit to the Enclave Suites and and it’s been equally as good as previous visits, despite all the restrictions we all have to deal with. The staff really make this hotel, they do a fantastic job. Patricia and the reception staff, TJ at breakfast and Jamie in the bar all wonderful. But throughout the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Jamal you must be doing an excellent job overseeing the day to day running. Throw in a prime location and transport to the parks and that’s why we’re already booked again for the next two years. See you again next year Ian and Charlene
