I would rate them a 10 if I could: I'm serious Staff very professional very courteous and attentive. Especially Tia at the Front Desk. I Was there for 2 weeks felt pampered the whole time. It was such a wonderful stay. So hospitable. Husband was there for business and I came along with my husband so couples too.

Tia and Keenan made this a GREAT STAY

Tia and Keenan are/were PHENOMENAL!! I travel a lot for my job. Like 10 months out of 12 and sometimes more, I'm on the road. Safe to say, I'm an expert at hotels/hotel customer service. Make no mistake about it, the property is nice and in a great location BUT Tia and Keenan make it 1000% better. They always had smiles on their face, spoke in cheerful manners, offered advice on locations in the area as well as the hotels bar for my wind down moments. The two of them have solidified that every time I have to come back to LA for business and /or leisure. I will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Burbank Downtown (as long as they are employed here). I'm not the most talkative person, however they were engaging and I found myself laughing and chit chatting with them on multiple occasions. I'm beyond thankful/appreciative of them, their service, and overall energy.

Not what's you'd expect from Hilton

Not sure why this hotel shows up as so highly rated. My wife slipped and fell in the shower, and when we looked, we saw that the anti-slip in the tub was completely worn down! No wonder! In addition, the drain was clogged and sewage backed up into the tub when the water was turned on. This is not what you'd expect from a Hilton hotel, but it appears that Baron is no longer watching. Can't say that the beds were super comfy nor can I say that the pillows were not cheap. Hey, they have nice wooden floors. That's about it. I'll give credit to the manager who was apologetic and comped up the room.
