Best Hotel in Krakow

If you want to stay in 5 star accommodations right in the heart of the old town this is the hotel. Gorgeous amenities, wonderful food, fantastic service and an absolutely stunning spa. Really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. The staff are just lovely, we will certainly stay here when we come from now on.

Everything about this Hotel is great. Central location right on the most famous street in Kraków/Poland. The Spa is really nice, great warm pool, lovely jacuzzi and different saunas. Hotel is very clean and beautifully kept. Staff is young and very keen to help which I found amazing. It is just great, get yourselfs here immediately :)

The most amazing hotel you could possibly wish for! Ticks every box, location, food, staff all just fantastic, the spa is beautiful and so relaxing after sightseeing all day this was our second visit to the unicus Palace and I couldn't stay anywhere else now. I'm coming back end of January with my 10yr old little boy and can't wait. Thank you as always for the wonderful stay
