Club Med - Les Arcs Panorama

One of the original French ‘mega-resorts’, Les Arcs has kept up with the times to offer the best of modern and traditional, providing a holiday that will suit every visitor, summer or winter. Revitalise with your family in a boldly stylish building, and ski or ramble through pine trees and shimmering mountain lakes.

Paradise on a mountain

If you love panoramic views to go with your skiing or hiking then Les Arcs Panorama offers unbeatable vistas. There’s an amazing variety of slopes for everyone to try out and every convenience to make your experience as smooth as the well groomed slopes.

The Les Arcs landscape is dotted with little bits of history including fascinating churches and chapels. It’s possible to combine your skiing experience with a visit to villages where life has changed little in the past 500 years. At the heart of the Savoy region, you’ll also be surrounded by a forest and mountain dreamscape where time seems to stand still.

Everything is connected and the villages are often ski-in, ski-out meaning you can explore the region at leisure and find a perfect place to sit and enjoy the daunting landscape. It also offers many beautiful walks during summer months.

Take time to explore the 425 km of slopes at a skier’s paradise accessible to visitors of any age and skill level. For the kids and learners, a beginner ski slope and magic carpets in front of the resort are reserved for Club Med guests.

In the summer, enjoy hiking, biking and panoramic views. Relax in the spa or the Zen Lounge while your young adventurers explore with our kids clubs. Come together in the cosy mountain restaurants and lounges decorated with animal sculptures.

For some fun together, the family restaurant allows your kids to invite their parents to share dinner. It’s a concept full of surprises as you all share real moments of family happiness.

Fantastic week

Apr 2022 | emilyk211

Expensive holiday but well worth it. Great food, attentive staff and a great range of activities (in addition to skiing). The live music on the terrace in the sun was banging! Awesome atmosphere. Kids activities were phenomenal, as usual. Our kids were never bored and we all made some great memories on and off piste. Staff were all fab; hard working and fun (so well coordinated). Ugo is the best kids entertainer I’ve ever known! Waiting and bar staff were great/ Mehmet had huge attention to detail. Took fleshed to high (and eco) standard every day. Beds could have been softer. All in all, one of the best weeks we’ve had! Thanks to the Chief and all his hard working staff

Fabulous ski holiday

The best ski experience I’ve ever had in over 30 years of skiing!! The hotel is spectacular, beautiful design and lots of different spaces to enjoy. It’s right on the piste and you can ski to the door of the boot room. They have their own magic carpet lifts for very gentle slopes right outside the bootroom for the beginners, once your past this point there is a blue piste down to 2 chairlifts. Service was exceptional, with your every need catered for - there’s a dedicated club med desk at Geneva airport for your transfer, new comfortable coach and then greeted by all the staff as you arrive. Your bags are taken to your room while you have a drink and short orientation. Food was from the finest buffet I’ve ever been to, it changed every day and had lots of options including fully plated up restaurant meals so you didn’t have to make up your own weird combinations of food. Every meal was beautiful but did get a bit sick of walking up & down by the end of the week. Make friends with the waiters and they will bring bottles of wine to your table! Loads of ski school options and was really flexible to change between groups, ski with your friends etc. Our instructor spoke great English and his knowledge of the ski area meant we got the very best skiing in very warm conditions. Fantastic boot room with cold drinks and canapés offered as you come in for lunch!! Entertainment was great fun in the evening, band on the terrace with panoramic views of the mountains as the sun set and cheesy disco after dinner which was different every night. Was very sociable and we ended up making friends with families from Brazil, Israel, France & England through the week. There are lots of very small children but also a really good teen club. Wish they had more than one small hot tub on the deck and was a shame the outdoor pool wasn’t open. Equipment hire very expensive and not included, I got our skis and boots for half the price through Snowbrainer using Precision Ski in 1600. Seems expensive to start with but when you add in all your normal expenses… ski pass, transfer, food & drink I think it actually worked out cheaper than normal ski holidays for us. Would highly recommend wish we’d discovered Club Med years ago!

Super ski holidays with the family!

We spent an excellent week at the Club Med Les Arcs - its the best hotel for families as everyone is looked after. Our son was at the baby club meanwhile we were skiing all day - the hotel is on the slopes so super easy to reach. The hotel has great amenities ; swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, doctor (if you need one), gym area, ski room + rentals (each room has its own ski lockers). The only negative point is the restaurant when you have 1200 guests coming to eat at the same time its not the most relaxing option!
