Beware building works.

First of all you cannot fault the staff at this hotel they are all fantastic! The food is also good. Good choice always find something to eat. The drinks are all local spirits, and the one thing we could not believe is the beer is only the local canned beer, no drought or bottles. As of 18th January there were major building works going on in the hotel and around the main swimming pool, this led to noise including drills and kangos being used all during the day. The evening entertainment is outside so take a coat, all entertainment finishes at 22:30, you can not even get any background music after this. There is no activity’s during the day and no activity team. For us it was a bit too claustrophobic, different parts of the hotel in different buildings separated by a road( which is not busy). I certainly would not call this hotel a 5 star hotel, compared to the others I have been in at the Hurgarda area.

Ali baba was a fantastic and humorous person. However we didn’t book a boat excursion he was still very polite and happy to help us with all the questions we had. Thanks so much. I’m recommending people to reach out to him if you are planning to do a excursion. Diving, Safari, Horse riding, boat trips etc.

Like most people we were a little nervous about taking trips however we met the fantastic Ali Baba at the beach and he looked after our bookings we had two fantastic trips one snorkelling on a boat trip and paradise island a beautiful day and one quad biking in the Desert again a great trip where we were well looked after huge thanks to Mr Ali Baba you made our holiday special Gary and Andrea
