Our in-flight menu has been carefully designed by popular TV chef, James Martin*. 

Adult meals

Dishes include beef casserole, roast chicken, cheese soufflé, and Tandoori chicken. Diabetic, gluten-free and vegan meals are also available**.

Kids Meals

Our kids meals include wholemeal pasta spirals with Bolognese sauce, and chicken goujons with crispy potatoes and ketchup. 

Desserts

All standard and vegetarian meals are served with a dessert including cinder chocolate and caramel mousse, Jamaican ginger pudding and strawberry cheesecake.

Meals are created by our nutritional experts, in accordance with the international dietary guidelines and standards set out by IATA.

Nut allergy

None of our meals contain nuts but there may be traces of nuts as meals are prepared in an area that may have contained nuts. If passengers have a severe allergy we recommend they take their own food on-board.

Peanuts and nut products are sold onboard. Please advise a member of our crew once onboard the flight of your allergy.

The cabin crew can suspend the sale of nut products during that flight. They will make an announcement to other passengers requesting them to refrain from consuming their own nuts whilst onboard the aircraft. However, we cannot forbid passengers from consuming food containing nuts onboard.

Pre-order your in-flight meal when you book your flight. Alternatively, you can add them after your booking in the Manage Booking area. Please be advised that we do not sell meals in the plane, so please book your meals in advance.

The 3 for 2 flight extras bundle is available for new holiday bookings flying on Thomas Cook Airlines short haul and medium haul flights only. The bundle includes Choose Your Seat, in-flight meals and an additional 5kg of hold luggage. The in-flight meal is the free element. The bundle price is £28 for short haul holidays and £40 for medium haul holidays per adult (and £21.50 and £30.50 respectively for children).
