Sea breezes blow in from the sea, helping to keep temperatures from rising too high. You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the Indian Ocean, which has an average temperature of 31°C in July and August. For cooler temperatures, the best time to visit the Indian Ocean is spring or autumn. Both seasons enjoy a very sunny climate, but the weather isn’t overly hot. It also tends to be quieter at this time of year, which means the beaches are more peaceful and relaxing.
