Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

Is Hard Rock Hotel All Inclusive?

That depends on which hotel you book. Subject to availability Hard Rock Hotels in Spain are available to book on an All Inclusive basis (as well as a Half Board option if you prefer). Some of the long haul options are only available on an All Inclusive basis, while if you choose a city break you’ll usually have a choice of Room Only, Bed & Breakfast and Half Board.

Is Hard Rock Hotel Adult Only?

There are both adult only and family-friendly properties. If you want a child-free stay you could consider Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, while Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana has something for everyone, whatever your age is.
