    Indian Ocean weather June

What’s the weather like in the Indian Ocean in June?

The Indian Ocean is the perfect destination for a luxury holiday in the sun. The islands are beautiful and each one has the same tropical climate, with plenty of sunshine and warm weather throughout the year.

    Geographical influences

Indian Ocean weather in June is perfect for adventurous activities such as hiking and mountain biking. The hiking trails in the Seychelles are great for an afternoon of exploring the magnificent countryside before heading to the seaside promenade for a meal overlooking the azure waters. You can also take a boat trip to other nearby islands to see more of the Indian Ocean during your time away.

You’ll have 12 hours of sunshine per day, which is more than enough time to soak up the sun on the beach and top up your tan while on holiday. Temperatures reach highs of 31°C during the day before cooling slightly in the evening. The average rainfall is 18mm spread over the month with an average humidity of 77%. This is very humid and typical of the region’s tropical climate. When you need a break from the heat, take a walk along the beach where you can enjoy trade winds travelling at 13mph.
