Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What's the weather like in Kos in September?
Kos sits off the southwest coast of Turkey in the Aegean Sea. This gives the Dodecanese island typical Mediterranean weather with long, hot summers and mild, wet winters. You'll get lots of sun and not much rain if you're going in September, and the island’s relatively flat meaning there aren't huge differences in weather across regions. There’s a mountainous area that protects the south from winds and rain, and you'll be kept cool by the sea and breezes on the coast.
Averages
The average high in Kos during September is 28ºC which is perfect for lounging by the pool or on the beach. Evenings stay quite warm at 19ºC so you won’t need many warmer clothes. The sea temperature is 24ºC, while humidity’s moderate. There’s usually 17mm of rain over five days, and you can expect 12 hours of daylight with 11 hours of sunshine each day. UV levels will be high so make sure you take sun cream. Sunset’s around 7.40pm at the start of the month and gradually gets earlier.
