What's the weather like in Hersonissos in June?
Hersonissos is a town on the north coast of Crete, with plenty of history and a Mediterranean climate bringing hot summers and mild winters to the area. The weather’s beautifully warm in June without being overly hot. Temperatures are still a few degrees cooler than the peak months of July and August, so this is the perfect time to visit if you want to enjoy some sightseeing as well as long days at the beach.Averages
In June, the average temperature in Hersonissos is 22ºC, with afternoons warming up to a peak of 26ºC. Although it’s not too hot, UV levels are still very high so try to wear plenty of sun cream and be careful in the sun.
