We are delighted that you have decided to stay with us. Based on the current situation, we would like to inform you about the following: Since May 15th, 2020, restaurants have been allowed to re-open, taking into account the rules of conduct according to the regulations. Certainly, this also applies to our gastronomic facilities. Our L.A. Café is therefore happy to welcome you for a scrumptious breakfast. Our Marlene is opening its doors from noon until 10pm in the evening. Our Hugos Restaurant is bookable for private dining experiences. Unfortunately, we do not offer room service at the moment. Please be advised that concerning our SPA InterContinental and the adjacent fitness area we are still in the planning phase for the re-opening. These areas will therefore remain closed for the time being. The health of our guests and employees is important to us, thus we kindly ask for your understanding. This exclusive business hotel is surrounded by the Tiergarten, the second largest city centre park in Germany. Best hotel in the best location.

Best location. Very comfortable rooms. Very reach breakfast. The team was great. It was our secend time and of course there will be a third. Near berlin main street. They chrcket us in before time.one more thing - it was very very hot at night in the room and the only thing we could do was to open a window inspite the snow.

The staff was keen to give us a perfect stay. The rooms were super clean and high quality. The breakfast was amongst the best we have had. Location very good. We can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience.

Club lounge and Spa is in a League of their own

We stayed at the Intercontinental over new years and had a really good stay. We had a renovated Club Premium Room 828, with a view of Tiergarten down to Brandenburger Tor and it was amazing to see all the fireworks all over the city. Really large and beautiful and with the closet area as an integrated part of the huge bathroom with a tub for 2 and huge walk-inn shower The Club was great value with full breakfast buffet, and with the options of ordering hot items like eggs benedict, pancakes, Champagne etc etc During the day there was soft drinks and beer and some snacks and all were excellent brands – Think Pellegrino, specialty beers and ditto sodas. This brings me to the staff in the club. There were simply amazing – we asked for a recommendation of a restaurant for lunch and got a great list, with her favorite added, and what a great find. All the time during our stay they were just jo sweet and kind and helpful The weakest link was the afternoon tea, but still good – small, nice canapés and cakes – not in the league like Paris Le grand, but considering this hotel is much cheaper – great value The evening Offerings, ware really nice as well. Again, free flowing Champagne, full bar, a great setup of served canapés – first cold and them warm, and a buffet with cheeses and vegetables. The Spa was nothing less than amazing – best Spa I have seen. Totally newly renovated really large pool with the option of swimming laps – which I did every morning with only 2 or 3 other guests there. The Hot tub were large enough for 10 people, and with great steam baths with herbal and normal rooms and saunas and lot of seating, the option of feet baths, resting rooms etc etc- - there were too many things to list. We ate on new Years eve at Marlene restaurant, and that was the only less than Steller things we experienced during our stay- They were not unwilling just with very poor knowledge. We ordered cocktails before our dinner – they come half through our first course – but the red wine for the dinner was served right away but was left with the screw lid back on. At both the main course and dessert two of the party of 4 people got their plates 10 minutes before the others, so we did not really get to eat together, the food was tasty, just badly executed. We really loved our stay and will be back, but might skip Marlene restaurant at our next stay
