Very good experience!

Stayed with my wife and ten year old daughter for a short city break. We usually always stay at five star accommodation,however this was part of a package deal at a great price and we were not disappointed. Granted it is a three star and the rooms in the words of my daughter could do with a glow up !! But make no mistake they were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the staff attentive. In a nod to German efficiency if you asked for something you got it, and it was run like clockwork. Specifically the breakfast was excellent and a male member of staff whom I did not get his name remembered each morning that I like hot porridge !! The choices were excellent and our gluten free daughter was spoilt for choice with the fresh fruit and vegetables. Location is brilliant with the underground nearby and all attractions within striking distance. Despite the central location it was quiet in the evening and restful sleep had by all. We would definitely go back again . A three star punching above its weight ! Well recommended.

Very convenient tranquil location with great access to public transport via Gleisdreieck U-Bahn station which is just a few steps away. Pleasant check-in/out by polite and kind people at the front desk. Daily based housekeeping service. Clean bathroom , Comfortable beds and in-room coffee/tea making facilities. In General we felt more than home. Cons: expensive breakfast in accordance to neighborhood café.

Perfect place for a city trip to Berlin

The hotel's location is perfect, right across the u bah station! I had a single room and I have never received a single room this spacious! Yes the interior is maybe a bit dated, but the room was clean and had everything I needed. Little coffee and thee facilities and a tv. Although I did struggle a bit to turn the heating off, but luckily for me it was freezing cold outside :). The breakfast was literally perfect, I would even say there are too many choices! The staff was lovely and very helpful, I was accompanying a group for work and the communication was flawless. The only comment I would have, is it would have been nice to be able to get coffee or thee in the lobby as the ''cafe'' next door was mostly closed and so was the Cafe Lycke close by.
