Clean, tidy and easy to locate, the hotel was a great place to start our trip. Only 3 minute walk to a major bus station or across the road to the subway. We could get to the city centre within 15 minutes. Breakfast buffet is €8 per person but is prepared well. Staff are accommodating and friendly.

The Heating was Out of Order and It took sometime to change the room even of we told that immediately. Breakfast had very strict timetables, no tolerance at all,even discourtesy with customers. Too much noise from neighboring rooms,even after constant complaints. General unkindness from the staff!

Very dated hotel, with a desperate need for an upgrade. Carpets threadbare on the stairs and the lift is very frightening and small. Very clean and reception is helpful. In a nice area of Berlin. The breakfast is very good.
