Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Miami in May?
Located in the state of Florida near the Tropic of Cancer, Miami enjoys year-round heat with a warm tropical climate. Although temperatures are getting higher in May, there’s also a higher chance of rain, so make sure you bring a rain jacket in case of showers or stormy weather. It can be quite humid too, so a dip in the sea will be a welcome break from the heat.
Averages
In May, Miami experiences average temperatures of 26°C, but humidity levels can make this feel a bit warmer. With highs of 29°C in the afternoon it’s important you seek shade, wear sunscreen and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. The temperature dips to 22°C at night, so it’s still warm enough for summer clothes or a light long-sleeved layer. It can be very wet in Miami at this time of year. With around 175mm of rain expected across the month, you should be prepared for a few tropical thunderstorms.
