Elounda has plenty to charm you during your visit, and our Elounda weather forecast will help you choose the best time to take a trip to this pretty harbour spot.
Summertime Elounda is all about the beaches. A cooling dip from the shores of Kolokytha or Driros is a perfect respite from the heat, which tops 30°C in high season. Late spring and early autumn are a little cooler, but still warm enough to enjoy some days on the beach. It’s a little quieter too, which is ideal for visiting Spinalonga without the usual crowds. It’s also a great time to enjoy the archaeological site at Olous and the Monastery of Aretiou without getting too hot.
If you are leaving for Crete in the next couple of weeks, our two-week Elounda weather forecast is ideal to help you make sure you’re taking everything you need.
