If you want a chilled-out break or a touch of Mediterranean magic, you can reach some of our most popular LGBTQ-friendly destinations in just a few hours from the UK.

The Greek Island of Mykonos has had a long and colourful LGBTQ history, welcoming thousands of visitors every year to gay clubs, bars and restaurants. For a holiday with some extra fun, head to Xlsior festival in August, a celebration of gay pride and great music.

Ibiza is well-known as being a party hotspot in the Med, so it’s little wonder it's also considered one of the top European gay destinations! Ibiza Town is the place to go during the summer months, home to some fantastic events, which attract thousands of gay clubbers looking to party the night away.
